Good service. Friendly staff. I will come again. Love that they gave you a free bear madeline after completing a survey. Although only one time redemption allowed for each email/phone number, still a free gift! No complaints at all ❤️❤️🧸🧸 Great great service! Update: Came here to use my Mooment voucher. Staff is extremely helpful. He told me how to copy and paste the code into link until the redemption code appeared. Fully recommended.

Paris Baguette Nex Awesome Salad & Mushroom Soup, #01-67 Nex, 23 Serangoon Central S556083. Rating 5.5 meal $18 Shrimp peach garden is perfect. Mushroom soup çant wait for 2nd bowl. The cafe is packed. Will come again.

Service is very nice . Staff are super friendly. The guy with blue shirt which I believe the outlet manager is very welcoming and professional. The staff very helpful especially helping me to redeem my voucher. I love their signature Strawberry Yogurt Cake. Not too sweet. Good amount chocolate in their Mocha Latte. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

we decided to grab brunch here! there was an incredible variety of food to choose from, but we decided on the chocolate banana tart, tuna mayo croissant and apple swiss roll. the chocolate banana tart had beautiful layers, and a decadent chocolate and banana taste. the tuna mayo croissant had a generous amount of tuna, fresh lettuce and tomato, and a beautiful flaky croissant. the apple swiss roll was the perfect ratio of cake to filling, and it was not too sweet. the staff were also very nice and friendly. we definitely recommend coming here for delicious pastries for breakfast or brunch!

Usually bought their bread and cake for takeaway and now had dine in and tried their egg mayo croissant and salmon cream cheese croissants. Both were tasty and healthy. Please continue to keep prices affordable and also consider to bring back the double chocolate bread which was discontinued .. thanks

Very nice display of cakes and bread, with welcoming interior. Had a cake and tea set @12.50. Topped up $2 for a yuzu mint sparkling which was very refreshing! Noted that the prices are generally more expensive though. Service was fast. The only issue observed was tables are not cleaned promptly.

I’m actually really surprised at how good the interior looks. Display of items looks so neat and tidy, just really appealing to the eye. Service provided to me was excellent as the staff were very friendly and efficient in attending to my needs. The food and latte were amazing and I’m really thankful to the staff who gave me suggestions when I was in doubt. No doubt that this branch is the nicest one I’ve been to. Definitely worth visiting!

Excellent service by the team. Staff are so friendly (They greed you when you come in) and knowledgeable about their products. Good coffee and apple pie! Store manager is very professional, table were cleaned very fast after customer left. I saw the store is cleaned all the time.I will come again with my friend and family. Good service, good coffee and cake set. Thanks to kind staff for sending the meal to our table, they was being very helpful after saw me struggling with the tray. All staff very friendly and know how to promote their stuff. I ended buying so many breads 😊Environment was so crowded but queue was quick.

Small squeezy place. The only table empty at that time which we had taken was wobbly throughout. Heat up but no heat at all. When number was called for our drink ready to be collected, I was so lost which is mine. They should have the order number stated alongside the drink, have a staff to serve order by order, or tell the order number

Newly opened in a weird position in between two clothing stores and also facing Isetan. All good though the cakes and breads are really tempting in the glass case. Tried the blueberry cheesecake and it was smooth and yummy 💜 a bit pricey, $8.90 but with a drink $10 making it a bit more value for money. Okay if sharing with friends

Quite a cloistered and crowded outlet this side of the eastern jewel, nonetheless mostly a delightful experience served by friendly and chirpy staff. I rather enjoy sipping my coffee and nibbling croissants in the early saturday mornings where there are far lesser shoppers.

Between the 2 of us, we got the coffee, Matcha latte, the garlic bun, the caramel roll and the strawberry mascarpone. I can only comment.... Get the strawberry mascarpone if you really wanna eat strawberry like shortcake. The rest is just meh. The service doesn't really exist. I do not think it's the staff's fault. It looks really busy. So busy that several customers had to let themselves in. I witness 2 sets of customers waiting to be shown in but were left alone. They waited for so long that they decided to walk and sit themselves. These 2 sets of customers including my group had to clear our own tables too. What a busy day haha.

Free seating spoils everything. 1 person holding up 4 seats & gotta Q for 15-20mins to get a table. Staffs not willing to shift customers & not flexible in serving customers. Staff Tends to group together & chit chat more.
