Patisserie Woo – Pretty Tarts, Cakes And Gelato At NEW ION Orchard Café ❤️
Wasn’t crowded when I went there during the weekdays! 😎
I was recommended to try their Sicilian Pistachio Tart and Vanilla Pecan Tart. 🤤
The Sicilian Pistachio Tart showcases a delicate pistachio ganache, a light pistachio sponge, and a crispy pistachio wafer. The rich pistachio cream has a subtle nutty taste that complements the tart’s firm crust. Topped with caramelized pistachios, it offers a satisfying crunch and a touch of sweetness. For pistachio enthusiasts, this tart is a true indulgence.✨
The Vanilla Pecan Tart is a new flavor I hadn’t encountered before, and it was absolutely delightful! The tart base was perfectly crispy, and the cream had just the right amount of sweetness, making it truly delicious. 🤩
Excellent combination 🥰🫶🏻
Super lovely tarts, great for sharing in large groups for home dinner because having one to yourself is too sinful.
Also, is this not the most aesthetic strawberry shortcake you can find at $35?? ❤️
Visited this lovely new café offering sandwiches, fruit tarts, parfaits, artisanal pastries and gelato!
I enjoyed their teas, particularly the Earl Grey Lavender and the Sencha— really good quality (!!!) and served with delicious dark chocolate sable. You also can’t leave without trying their over the counter pastries, and I adore the Vanilla Bean Madeleine: Absolutely delicious dainty teacake with profound Madagascan Vanilla flavour and a fluffy soft middle.
On my visit I also took home a delicious vibrant fruit tart to enjoy at home, although it is recommended to consume on the same day as purchase.
Definitely a must visit: Whether you’re looking for some sweet treats to gift or maybe just want to indulge in some cakes and chat with a friend over tea! The space is lovely and it’s pretty quiet too, making it a great spot for catching up. 💯😉👌 Will definitely be back!
Bought 4 tarts for birthday celebration. All flavours were delicious, and the best part is, the tart crust was not soggy at all even after keeping it in the fridge for 2 days. The pecan flavour was surprisingly nice. My favourite is the yuzu meringue. Give it a try if you are in the area.
The Strawberry Parfait is amazing! The strawberry ice cream and the strawberry jelly layer are my favourite parts of the dessert. They also have a biscuit crumble layer which is super crunchy! Very yummy
Good service also! It’s a pity that the space is abit small and there’s not a lot of seats available. But it’s the perfect cosy place to catch up with your friends in orchard :)
$7.15 for such a small cup of flat white is not really acceptable to me. The cost without GST at $6.50 is already more expensive than a lot of cafes I visited. Plain Vanilla in the same mall has theirs at $5.50.
If not for the quietness of the place (tucked inside Bynd Artisan) I would not have tried.
To be fair, the coffee is quite ok, and the serving comes in a nice clay cup which looks bespoke and there is a small cookie, but still, $7.15 is a burnt in the pocket. Ouch!
I love this tart! The sweetness was just right. The cafe is clean, and the staff were friendly. The price paid is worth it.
This is my new favourite place for desserts in Orchard.
Their tarts are the best as they're handmade and crisp, not only do they look attractive, they taste great too. I love the variety of flavours they have.
I also like their gelato. They have great flavour pairings (pink guava & sour plum) and good classics like dark chocolate.
Price is not the cheapest but it is good quality desserts located in the heart of town.
Perfect dessert place in ION!! Love the pistachio tart and chocolate parfait. Will definitely be back in the future.
Had a lovely afternoon tea with 2 girlfriends at the cosy space amidst the buzz of Orchard on Saturday. The staff (or owner I believe) was very welcoming, and even though the tea set was for 2, she readily provided us the option for 3 pax, and also offered to change one of the cakes in the set to another dessert so that we can try more of their selections.
I’m not usually a fan of afternoon tea, but really enjoyed the selection of savory and sweet selections which were all of great quality. Had previously only tried their pistachio tart (arguably one of the best pistachio desserts in SG) but the other options such as the choux and mango cake were all delicious too. Very reasonable price for the quality of the food and tea, we paid about $32 per pax.
Truly enjoyed my experience here and will definitely come back here again to chill if I’m in town again and need some peace.
Been getting their tarts to go - the pistachio and vanilla pecan 🌟
Edit: Just tried the hazelnut tart and it’s so good too. Love the different textures and flavors in their tarts and that it’s not overly sweet.
The yuzu mango cake was good. And the Japanese earl grey was just nice😊
I enjoyed the ice-creams and parfaits and this cafe in ION. It is a good place to come by for coffee and to meet friends.
Best parfaits! My kids LOVE the desserts here
Was recommended the pistachio tart. Sadly this was not to my liking
