Always my go-to Money Changer at Kovan Mall! The Uncle is very friendly and always contactable through WhatsApp to check the rates first. Highly recommended. One of the best money changer in Singapore! Very trustworthy!

Ive been going here when they first opened in heartland mall to the current independent unit now. Always the best exchange rate in kovan/hougang area and real friendly people. Highly recommend them.!!

Being frequently visit this money changer since my first overseas trip. Their exchange rates are reasonable compare to the other money changer in the nearby area. The bosses are friendly too. To take note of the different operating time on Friday.

Uncle is nice, but the younger chap… here is a sample convo with him. Me: Can change X (small) amount? Chap: We don’t have that amount? Me: Okay, how much do you have? Chap: We have millions of dollars. Me: Can you offer an amount that you have that is close to what I asked for? I don’t really understand what’s the point of the “millions of dollars” comment. Dude, I just wanted to change some currency. Uncle is nice though!

Nice uncle. I called near closing time and he said no worries he will wait. So nice. I arrived at closing time and he was calm and patient. Good rates for myr too!!

The notice in front of the shop said the it is open from Monday to Sunday, from 11.30 am to 9.00 pm. There was a queue at 11.30 am but the operator was nowhere in sight. Waited until almost 12 noon. Just because it is the only money changer in this area here does not mean that he can keep his customers waiting for half an hour. Remember the days of the pandemic when there is not a single customer.

the store have moved to the middle of level 3 right outside the barber. Rates here have been the best and the owner is really nice and friendly.

The operation hours says 11am-9pm but when I went there at 1pm the counter was closed and only will be back at 2.30pm. Wasted my time. Everyone please take note of this to avoid wasting your time.
