** Updated 1st Nov 2024 - Increase to 4 stars. I originally gave ANEXT two stars because I had a few issue with ANEXT . While I have not seen (1) and (2) resolve, ANEXT has now increase the interests rates for deposits, so I'm increasing the review from 2 stars to 4 stars. Let's hope they continue to improve, especially #2 1. The non SGD transfer fees even between local banks. 2. The exchange rates or spread. 3. The low or lacked of interests on money deposit inside. <-- Improved !! .........................................................-- I'm giving 2 stars because :- The selling point was that there was no fees for "local transfer". This is misleading since it's applicable ONLY to SGD but not local USD transfer. 1. USD Transfer even to local banks cost USD$35 , which is more than what typical banks will charge. 2. USD to SGD exchange rates is very bad, the spread is so wide that I'm considering changing banks . When the Interbank rates for USD to SGD goes up, ANEXT doesn't go up immediately or accordingly, but when the USD to SGD goes down, they follow suit immediately. 3. There is close to zero interests.

Banking with Anext bank has been a wonderful experience thus far. It's straightforward, hassle free and no hidden cost. It's rare to find banks that truly wish to help the SMEs on board with them and Anext is one of them. Will recommend to SMEs who are seeking for a hassle-free business banking solution.
