N. K.Very patience and friendly customer service from Wendy. She helped me with me to replace my card, change my app sign in etc.
L. W.Waiting period to our turn took very long abt 1.5hr for 10 ppl in front of us. But the staff were generally friendly and helpful. Special shout-out service provided by Ms Mishita who was very friendly, professional and patient. She activated my FDW’s bank account, issuance of atm card and also explain everything in detail to her in her language so that she can understand well. Thumbs up for the excellent service!
Though it can take really quite awhile to attend to customers in queue, they make the wait worthwhile to clarify everything.
