It was our first time in sending remittance through Metro Remittance we through it was difficult and tedious but with the help of the staff Metro Remittance Ms. Gemma and Ms. Belen, they made it fast, easy and very convenient doing the registration and sending money. We felt safe and secure sending money to our family members back home in the Philippines. I highly recommend sending your remittances here because you know that your safe, secure and your family members will receive the love you send them.

We went to Lucky Plaza to remit money to the Philippines. We were advised that we can go to one of the banks there to transfer. Unfortunately, the process required to do so at that bank was cumbersome. We decided to visit MetroRemit instead since we were previous customers there several years back. When we arrived at MetroRemit, I was advised by the very friendly and polite man at the counter that I needed to re-register my account. I then approached the Customer Service counter and was assisted by Anna and Belen, who were very friendly and accommodating. Anna was very helpful and advised me every step of the way so that I won't need to be troubled next time when I need to remit money. She was very patient with us and answered all our questions willingly. I've never experienced that level of customer service! Other banks and establishments should follow their example. People buy from people and not companies, and the employees are what makes up the company. We highly commend Anna and Belen for their courteousness and willingness to serve! Kudos to MetroRemit!

I have nothing but praise for Metroremit SG. Aside from having better, if not the best, exchange rate amongst all remittance centers in Singapore, the staff are very friendly and always happy to assist. I had an old account with them which I had not used for over 10 years and I was able to remit easily & hassle-free. Shout out to Ms. Anna who always goes the extra mile to help with my queries & transactions, even when overseas. I don't know of any other remittance center where this is possible. All the best to the Metroremit team and more power!
