S. K.Went to this branch to get a card replacement but was disappointed because of the long wait. However, staff member Carina was very helpful and managed to help fulfil my request within minutes. She was also very friendly and kind to everyone else she helped. :)
K.Had a Faboulous experience at Ocbc Choa chu Kang after a horrible experience with ma zhiwei at counter 7 at bukit batok Ocbc ... Staff at choa chu kang were very polite and helpful at the entrance where safe entry was done... Zavier who attended to us was very polite , friendly , helpful, professional, knowledgeable, understanding, kind , gracious , informative , attentive and patient. Thank you for a wonderful experience at Ocbc and keeping a professional image for Ocbc .
