S. S.Mdm Sun & Ms. Sim Gek Bee had excellent customer service. Helped my 13 year old to apply for a card. Only the wait time was long like an hour before we got to the counter

My anxious mom went to the bank this morning alone to terminate the personal account of my late dad and reached slightly later than the appointment time. Amirah Ahmad is not only patient with my mandarin speaking mom, she also made an effort to comfort my mom. I appreciate the kindness shown to my mom during this difficult time. D. T.I was very impressed by the customer service when we wheelchaired our mother at around 3:40pm - close to the 4:00pm closing - for her banking needs. We were further advised ‘no need to queue up as she’s a senior customer’. Very touched by their care for my mom and our late visit…👏👏👏

E. X.One of the busy posb in the neighborhood, everyday many elderly come to this place to do accounting. The staff here exhibits a skill set of patience and understanding. They also needs to speak multiple different languages. Place is secured with securities guard, all your assets is safe here. There is also a nice coffeeshop nearby to fill your tummy
