Today met Mr Mark Chin ( Branch Manager)to sort out my fixed deposit errands. He was very helpful n patient to explain to us the latest information on our needs. Will definitely look for Mr Mark again for our future needs n investments in SBI.

Need to complement the Branch Manager for being very approachable and helping to speed up the process. He is also pro-actively going around seeing what he can do to help cut down the number of queuing customers. This is genuine customer service, not like some other banks spend big bucks on advertisements proclaiming customer service first blah blah, etc. Boss, give him a raise!
