I had to change my OTP details so they directed me to the Quick Serve counter and there were only 2 people before me. I went on Saturday, got there around 11 and left before 1130. Everything went smoothly and Ms Tin Cheng was really helpful and friendly and I got all the help I needed.

I was at city square uob 26 Oct 22 around 11.43am. Counter3 staff is very professional compare to Bendemeer uob branch . All in sequence & every counter staffs are very experience / efficient & handle each case so smoothly. I got my Q number, 19 pax on Q. I went to run errands, 1 hour later I come back to uob, Q reduced to 6 pax before me, I waited for another 20min, finally my Q number, within 10min I have my new ATM card & withdrawal all done. 👍. Last week when I was at Bendemeer branch, 20 pax on Q before me, I had to wait for at least 2hours before I can get into Q number.

I got my password and phone number updated within 30 mins, helpful staff. @UOB, how to get exact brank bank code there are lot of information related to code but which one is exact

Small outlet but service is good and efficient. Came down to open bank account along with applying for credit card and the staff were all very helpful and friendly.
