The experience at "Have Fun" in Bugis+ was enjoyable with a good selection of songs, great sound system, and a pleasant atmosphere. The small rooms are perfect for groups of up to 4 people. However, it was unusual and awkward when the staff barged into the room to collect payment mid-session, as most other KTVs charge before or after the session. * We didn’t order any food, so will just leave it as 5 stars.

Room very small and mic system (mic too soft) can be improved. Sound system is good . If you are late for your appointment they will cut off your timing that is not a good service . Best is what time you come , it end at the same timing . After all a good experience.

Very decent space in the middle of the city if you are up for a Karaoke experience. Facilities are generally well-maintained, clean and comfortable. There are darts and pool tables as well for the VIP rooms. F&B options are average - skewers, finger food, etc. Prices are slightly on the steeper side. Visited on a Thursday so it’s not so crowded but highly recommend booking in advance. Very accessible from Bugis MRT station. Parking available as well within the building.

Cheap karaoke room, but seats were so worn and cracked that it wasn't comfortable to sit in. Rooms were generally clean, though.

Service is definitely minimal. It will help if the staff are friendlier or smile and greet you. Otherwise, this is a good / functional place for karaoke. Sound is good. Venue is clean and thankfully the room that we are in has no cooking smell unlike the exterior. A place for karaoke Lor.. haha

Got the Exclusive+ room and loved the comfort, enough pillows and instruments to go around. Like the mic stand as well! Only thing is the service call button on the touch screen doesn't seem to be working, neither does the phone. Called twice on the touchscreen and once on the phone but no one has answered us. Afterwards the server came, not to respond to us, but to give us the bill..... by then we didn't feel like ordering anything else already. Hope that can be improved! But I would come back again for celebrations.

The staff was a little disinterested, but other than that a convenient place in Bugis for a fun group activity. Musical instruments and tea for the room.

Very good service given by the crews. Love the skewers and service was provided promptly when my friends required them. Liqours are reasonably priced and we enjoyed the 3 hour package. Kudos to them and we will come back again!

SO FUN The normal rooms are already quite big and if u go on a weekday?? I think they have a promotion for $10 per pax for 2 hours!! (Before 5.30pm) Which with the size of the room and the price, it is SUCH A STEAL!!
