We visited Manhattan unintentionally after dinner at Basilico and Mel, the bar manager, gave us a memorable experience after learning it’s our special occasion. She also lead us to the bar in the bar which is not officially launched, E4S7. The bartender is very professional and easy to communicate.

Excellent bar with excellent choices. Highly recommend to try the signature Manhattan, where the bartender drags their cart to your table and mixes the drink in front of you as a gimmick. Lots of deep, complex flavors going on. Many other stuff on the menu for every itch and craving out there. Choose your poison, and drink moderately. Bar grub has limited selection, modest servings, but satisfying in taste. And you can never go wrong with unlimited popcorn. Any place with (not microwaved) popcorn deserves 5 stars! Great service — helpful, friendly, attentive. You also get that dark, moody ambience with intimate, muted conversations, with occasional bursts of laughter. Some of the seats may be overdue for fresh upholstering. Overall great experience. Suggest you leave the car home and take public so you can enjoy the drinks! Or get a friend who doesn’t drink to tag along 😅 Non alcoholic options also available.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Manhattan bar. One of the best bars in Singapore - great cocktails, excellent service, delicious food and posh drink wares. Over the years, the quality remains at the high standard, which is very difficult to do. Highly recommend this bar for people who love cocktails (especially whisky base cocktails).

Met with a friend for a long overdue catch-up at Manhattan, and stayed for 5+ (!!) hours on a Thursday evening - suffice to say we had a lovely time. The cocktails were splendid and a real work of art. Special thanks to Zana 🇳🇱, Joyce & the friendly lady at the bar reception. Everyone was so welcoming and genuinely friendly, we had good laughs and also got offered a tour around the beautiful bar - we’ll definitely be back ♥️

I love this bar and they have Re-worked their adults only boozy brunch perfectly with COViD restrictions. I actually like the food coming to the table and hope this is something they consider keeping when the world returns to normal. I liked the drinks trolley coming around with the bloody Mary’s and boozy milkshakes. It’s not as good as the usual set up but I appreciate the thought given to include these still. My tip is to ask for a table in the main room if you can because I felt a little lost in the back area and you miss some of the atmosphere. That being said it was still a beautiful lunch. The seafood and oysters were really fresh and the lamb cutlets were to die for!

10/10 would absolutely come again!!! The cocktails are p standard price in the $20+ (some in $30s) range but they have really good and creative drinks, and the ambience is super boujee. The food is good too and they have vegan options too! The portion isn’t v big but it’s definitely enough to fill u as a bar snack. The free popcorn is so addictive too we got like 2 refills. Overall, I really enjoyed the drinks, food, service, and overall ambience of the place, 5 stars!! 🤩

Attended the adults-only brunch and worth every penny. The service was spectacular and the food and drinks were delicious. The desserts and sweets looked great but fell flat in terms of flavor and texture. Still great though!

The service is pretty good and cocktails were interesting. Cheese selection would have been better if the staff tell the names of each but given the busy nature of the restaurant, it is understandable. Scallops are small on the size but it was okay. The desserts made me very full. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Unquestionably one of Asia Pacific's best bars. Since I first visited in 2017, each visit has been spectacular. Whether I'm drinking at the bar, hanging out in one of the side rooms or chilling in the main hall - it's always been a great time with friends. One thing I especially like is the pop up menu that divides the drink sections by famous New Yorkers (and if I understand correctly, specific Manhattan born and raised people). One thing I wish could be different was have just a little bit more lighting.

Had to reserve 3 months in advance for a table on a Friday night. The service was outstanding ⭐️ same goes for their innovative cocktails ($26 Cigarette Break was smoking good) and complimentary free flow spiced popcorns. Nice place to chill in after an exhausting week of work.

Went for the Sunday brunch for the first time. It's a very nice experience. Staff there are very accommodating and friendly. Food there is superb and super fresh, we are so much lol even though it's a cocktail brunch. Cocktail is super nice too, we had so many. We particularly like the popo g, it's super nice and refreshing. Would totally recommend and come back again even though it's abit pricey. But totally worth it

I must admit, the experience is quite a whole new world. Who would have thought that there would be such a posh looking bar here in a slightly more run down hotel. Super glad to have found this. Suitable for dates or just a good evening out! Came for their partnership with Odette, where they had food and cocktail pairings being done for the evening. Enjoyed the service, the ambience, and the conversations. Food, not mind blowing, sadly. Cocktails, likewise not mind blowing, depending on your personal preferences (I'm not really a cocktail kind of person).

Truly my favorite bar in the entire world!!! The service was outstanding and the staff was very knowledgeable about the drinks. All cocktails were carefully curated and the presentation was phenomenal. It’s always full so it’s advisable to book in advance.

Very traditional bar with relaxed but high end atmosphere. I liked that the music was not too loud, allowing regular conversation. Staff were friendly and attentive. Happy hour comes with a welcome drink and a small pastrami sandwich, which was quite tasty. Their drink menu is extensive, and what they don't have, they're happy to make. If you want to get adventurous, tell them the type of drink you like, and they'll whip up something to match the mood! I would be remiss if I didn't mention the free flowing popcorn that keeps coming while you're there!

Great atmosphere with impeccably dressed friendly wait staff, a cocktail menu that looks so much like a coffee table book we want to bring it home, and of course, great cocktails. Had the barrel aged manhattan made on a trolley in front of you, with the bartender explaining each components and attention to detail that goes into the drink. Truly one of Asia’s top bars!

I'm glad to finally have the chance to visit Asia's #1 bar and boy I was not disappointed! This is an amazing bar with beautiful decor and ambience, and top notch bartenders/mixologists. They know their stuff so well and make really good recommendations. It's a really nice place for a night out. We sat at the bar and it was really enjoyable to get to interact with the bartenders. The menu is really extensive and I'm sure there is something for everyone here. The food/bar bites menu looked good too but I didn't get the chance to try it this time. I really enjoyed 'Coal' and the Aged Negroni.

Settled on some Blanton’s and Sazerac to satisfy both bourbon/ rye cravings. Clear Ice-cubing with the Manhattan emblem was expected from a place high in the cocktail game. Service was personal and brisk. This season’s bespoke cocktail selection was inspired by famous NY persons. Interesting. Reservations recommended!

Interior is dim and layout is spacious even for a small place. The sofa seats are arranged in order, good for chilling. Hostesses are professional and prompt. Popcorn felt slightly stale and too dry for my liking. Cocktails are pleasant but honestly not mind-blown by them. Reservations necessary to guarantee a seat. Been to Manhattan a few times and always enjoyed the warm service by Kelvin, Yahan and Tei! The unique cocktails and mocktails were so pretty and tasted awesome! One of my go to places when I want to chill in a cosy place. Will be back again 😊

I have been in Manhattan bar many times and it never disappointed me. Tonight when my boyfriend and I was there for a special day for us and Kelvin and Alison served us at the bar. We told them what kind of base and taste we would like and my God they did wonders! These guys really know what they are doing. They are educated, friendly, professional and more importantly they listen to you. I cant thank them enough for such experience! We will definitely come back. If you are looking for a bar for amazing cocktails and and a special night in Singapore Manhattan bar is for you. From entrance to exit everybody makes sure you are treated well. Highly recommended!

We have planned to visit this bar a week ago and I arrived to this place 6 hours after they posted that they have made it to #3 of the world's 50 best bars. Wow. Such a perfect timing. They make really, really great drinks. The bar has a nice ambiance too. Good for dating. Haha! And oh... I looooove the popcorn, by the way, which the waitresses always refilled promptly once we have finished the bowl. Thank you!!! 😇

We had boozy brunch here (buffet with free flow alcohol). One of the best boozy brunch place in Singapore; except the tables are not for dining but more for drinking. Still giving 5 stars for this because food taste good and more choices of alcoholic drinks as compared to other boozy brunch places.

Skip Long Bar and Singapore Slings and come here. Amazing hospitality- they give you a tour of their Rick house and ingredient room. The cocktails are some of the best we’ve tried around the world. The interior design and lighting is beautiful. We loved our experience here so much.

Great place, I had the opportunity to have a look at the cellar where some of the cocktails are kept in barrels. Very classy establishment located on the second floor of Conrad Orchard. With plush leather chairs, ample spacing between tables and an extravagant bar counter, this place is perfect for gatherings with friends and date nights. Lighting is dim and intimate enough such that 5s turn into 10s here, so perhaps not so suitable for first time dating app meetups. Drinks are not exactly cheap ranging SGD25-30++ for cocktails, but are potently mixed and taste great. Actually pretty good value considering the overall package you are getting, as most cocktail bars are minimum SGD25++ nowadays per drink. Well deserving of its spot on Asia's Top 50 Bars.

I've been a couple of times and each visit has been fantastic. We easily have sucked down dozens of drinks here, as they are delicious. The staff are not only very welcoming and kind but also very knowledgeable on their drinks. They provide great recommendations based on your cocktail favorites. During my visits I have felt they make it a priority to provide excellent customer service and experience. The ambiance is cool, low mood lighting, which creates a relax and chill atmosphere. Which could also describe the tone of the patrons as well. The music (for my taste) is a bit loud. My friends and I were shouting at each other. I felt like I was in a club. Which was rather weird, as we were literally sitting shoulder to shoulder to one another. Despite having my eardrums ringing. I do love the complimentary & delicious popcorn and sandwiches that are served during HH. I am a fan.

Adult brunch on Sunday is a must. Cocktails are high quality, delicious and tasty food (oysters could be colder) . very mindful service. Try the infused milk shakes. Very classy bar! Unfortunately they allow people with shorts and sneakers for the brunch, seriously? Why you then have a dress code at all?

This place is ranked as the best bar in asia. When it comes to the service, de environment and how professional everything seems this is not hard to understand. For me to really enjoy a great cocktail bar, I like a bit more of a personal experience, and I did not get it this time. I do however really like the cocktail menu that is based on how Manhattan, New York, were in different historical periods. The prices are of course a bit higher than some other bars, but you get some snacks included with your drinks and free water. I am happy I went here.

Gorgeous bar with excellent cocktails! The staff were very attentive, with excellent service. The setting in the bar is just beautiful - very "speakeasy", not too bright, not too cheesy and very comfy chairs. Cocktails were amazing. Gotta try their signature cocktails. Love the clear ice that they use. Notice the big block of ice behind the bar, which the mixologists used for our drinks. The free snacks served on table: popcorn. Can't say no to that! Prices are similar to your usual high-end cocktail bars in Singapore, $25 to $30. The only downside is the limited seating. We arrived at 11pm on a Saturday, unfortunately. We waited for about 15mins before finally having a table, for the 6 of us.

I visited this bar that was voted number one in Asia at least once. I called in the evening of the same day to make a reservation, but was told that it was not possible to make a reservation because it was the same day. I went early around 8 o'clock and it was empty. However, there were a lot of people sitting at the counter, so if you want to enjoy chatting with the bartender, you should probably sit at the counter. I don't drink much, so I sat at the table and enjoyed the atmosphere. I ordered a signature cocktail called Millionaire. It was sweet and delicious. Ordered a burger. The food was delicious, the staff were attentive and attentive, and we had a great time.

It's not bad for the price, but it doesn't feel like it's worthy of being ranked 11th in the World 50 Bar..... If you look at the Viet cocktail, the fizz is dead and the scent of slow gin doesn't spread well. The Manhattan, which is said to have been aged in oak barrels, is not bad and definitely lives up to the name of the bar.

This bar is really very pleasant for an exceptional moment. The hotel lobby is imposing and prepares for a quality bar. Its glass elevators give a panoramic view of the whole area and take us in front of majestic doors that resemble the entrance to a very private club. We are welcomed into a large, rather dark room, Chesterfield sofa, marble, at the back a slightly raised bar where the bartenders are busy preparing a few cocktails from the large collection on offer. The prices are slightly high but totally in line with the location. Popcorn appetizers are offered and served continuously which is very pleasant. I recommend the Saint Germain cocktail (not on the menu but only $22), a very pleasant mix of Saint Germain and Champagne.

It is always crowded as it has been ranked number 1 in Asia's 50 Best Bars. Therefore, there is no atmosphere where you can tell the bartender what you like and have them make it for you, and to be honest, I feel like it's quite a rush. If tourists come to Singapore and want to go, I take them there, but it's not a bar I want to go to (or rather, it's too crowded to go to). However, as expected from being chosen as one of the top restaurants in Asia, the facilities, taste, and service are unmistakable.

Beautiful cocktail bar. Friendly bar tenders. Very experienced staff. The food was delicious. My group sampled 20 or so different drinks, every one of them was delicious. The Rebellion burger is in my top 3 best burgers. The music that played throughout the few hours we were there was of good taste. I highly recommend this bar for a casual evening setting with friends or loved ones.
