T. O.In the Geylang area, there is a shop that serves hard liquor such as rare whiskey. The restaurant is along the Geylang River, so it feels nice to be outdoors. If you ask, they'll make you a whiskey/soda portion (so-called highball), but don't expect them to share the ice or soda with you. The store clerk is a really nice person. No loss on lock or straight. Cards cannot be used for payment, only cash and NETS.
