I. T. (.Crowded after 6pm. No reservation for most eateries. Tables for 2 pax very small @ BKK serving boat noodles. Kamikaze serves great BBQ skewered food and beer towers. Relaxing pond view at anglers landing occasional catches.
V. T.Came here in the evening, nice ambient. There was a fast moving queue for the boat noodle place. Food for 3 cost around $45 - pretty alright price. However, the place may be a little hard to navigate if you’re new there.
L. M.Sad that this place is going to disappear. It is definitely very worth your buck. Previously it suffered from too many orders and ridiculous waiting times. But with the croud gone, it was a very satisfying and exciting experience. I had a lot of fun eating the small little bowls and taste testing various different combinations.
Some of the combinations definitely had some flaws like the meat being overcooked or the soup had been sucked dry from the noodles. But mostly a satisfying experience.

C. S.$14 per child for unlimited longkang fishing (can even go have lunch and come back as long as the tag is uncut) but all the fishes died on the second day haha. fun for the kids though!
A.Satay and a lot of pick me ups by the lakeside. Only issue is if it rains, need to rush to the covered areas. And it does rain a lot here in Singapore. The ambience is nice and the fairy lights does make the place dreamy!! Worth a visit!! Prawning and fishing are quite popular here as well.
P. L.Best places to fish. Catch and release. First time ever I'm so sated from fishing. Hitting 5 big prayas in just 2 hours. Really really good.
T. Y. H.Very nice place to chill even though it can be quite a walk away from the MRT! Wide variety of cuisines offered here but do come earlier before the peak hour/mealtimes as the waiting time might get a bit long. Will come back again to try other food next time (:
P. Y.A very nice and rustic outdoor area that features several restaurants, turtle museum, prawning etc. lots of parking space too.
M.Prawning:
Heard they are moving, hopefully they are not as rigid as now. Just went for prawning and they have very strict rules of not able to move from the assigned seats. You are not even allowed to prawn from the adjacent pond even if you didn't move your butt. Frankly I don't move when prawning, but having those rules just feel suffocating. The Uncles are around "catching" people. There's really too many rules in lives, I don't need that while coming here to relax.
Longkang Fishing:
Longkang fishing was good, no time limit. No strict rules kekeke
S.V fun. Caught 4 in 1h across 2 people. Cooked the prawns at the restaurant cos we were lazy to do BBQ it ourselves. Would come again

W. “.Went for the Floor is Lava game, was quite an enjoyable time with my partner. A/C is localized to the individual shops so don't go expecting a reprieve from the outdoor heat. Overall a fantastic experience

b.fishing pond is good with NSF package, good price went with friends and got 2 huge catfish. they offer rental rods too for those who do not have their own. however i believe they will be closing down soon unfortunately. ate boat noodles too which wasn't that good but not expensive
X. N.Had the boat noodles, quite crowded. Papaya salad with Thai sauce is very spicy. Can go prawning next door after you are done with your meal. 20 dollars per hour, free refillable bait.

Z. J.Arrived in the late afternoon with a pretty friend. Even though it was raining, we did not get wet while prawning. Caught one every 15mins, a great first prawning experience. 🤙
S. H.Wanted very long to try it already, finally went and in queue for almost 45 min before getting in, under drizzling too. Finally in, atmosphere was not bad, not very fancy place tho, natural "air-con" with fans around which is not bad for us. We kind of like it BUT do remember to bring insect repellent, we got bitten by mosquitoes over our legs... Hahaha... Omg.... Thai boat noodle was only 80cts, taste was very normal compare to the price, it should be what you paid and get. The ala carte foods we ordered was nice, esp the salad and glutinous rice shoulddddddd try! Overall, bill that night was pricey, nearly $200! Was so 😲 as we didn't expect that much. Will not go again, afterall, purpose of going is to try the thai boat noodle.

J. C.Took my daughter to try out the longkang fishing and for a three year old, it's tough. She isn't old enough to figure out how to catch the fish. In the end I was doing the catching and she was watching. Saw lots of parents doing that as well. It just kinda feels a little dirty. I suppose longkangs are supposed to BE dirty!

a.A place with indoor and outdoor activities. Wanted to bring the kids for lokang fishing but it was raining and the place wasn't sheltered. Had trampoline instead and the kids had fun too.

R. T.ORTO is an amazing place to enjoy and celebrate kids' Birthday parties. My kids enjoyed the trampoline and going carting there. Apart from this, there are other activities like fishing etc. There are some good restaurants too. So you can plan your next weekend at ORTO.
H. K.A fun outing place for a family or a group of people. Catching shrimps is harder than it looks but for our 8 year old son and his friend’s family it was an enjoyable experience (he wouldn’t have liked it as much if it was just with the parents….). They let you clean the shrimps, barbecue them but miss the tables where you can eat them. There was an outdoor bar next to it where they may allow you to bring the food, but there was a long queue of waiting (I’d say around 1 hour) and we ended up at another restaurant in the area.
Would I do it again? Probably not, unless we are really out of option for activity with another family with kids.

When you are sitting here in the evening, enjoying the company of good friends having some drinks and fingerfood, you actually forget that you are in busy crowed Singapore. It feels like you are in for example Thailand. Great spot !!! Singapore should have more places like this

N. A.Very nice place. Can do fishinging, prawning. There is small pond for kids to do net fishing. Enjoyed the trampoline park. Can also plan for team building activities. Multiple restaurants are available.
T.Went to the beginners pond to fish with my daughter. Very good for children to fish there as the fish is of a good size for them to be able to reel up themselves.
Other than that, the normal charges is $5/per catch. But I was once asked to pay upfront $5 and was not refunded even though no fish was caught. Very inconsistent in policy.

However, the places are not always well-labeled, the layout is a bit confusing and there don't appear to be clearly delineated walking paths vs roads cars can use, which eould be nice. Still lots of good stuff here, though.

뚥.It would be better to think of it as a complex facility that combines a restaurant and a fishing spot.
Inside, there is a restaurant, a shrimp fishing spot, and a main fishing spot.
For reference, some of the fish caught at the main fishing spot can be cooked at the restaurant.

S. W.I went to experience Thai BBQ with my friends. The food was great and delicious, and the service was great.
Thai lemon tea is too sweet and too strong. I won't be impatient if I keep asking for boiled water. Instead, I will be very concerned about whether it is still too sweet.
