This is an update from my previous post. Revisited this place to findout about their House Ball Challenge and tried their lanes. Lanes are well maintained and oiled. Good for training, just have to ignore the strings. I believe they have made some adjustments to the strings based on general feedback - Sep 2024. ... Place is clean & well maintained given that it's a new place with all things brand new. Bowling Pins are tied to strings giving the puppet-like feeling. Lightings are dim. May not be favourable to some avid bowlers. Tried it for the experience & to check things out. They have private rooms with private bowling lane for advance booking for that special events etc. Open bar at another corner of the space. Live band on Friday evening if not wrong.

Great lanes but I came quite late so the oil was pretty burnt up. THIS PLACE HAS STRING PINS. As a bowler that appreciates pin action, I wouldn't recommend this place for serious bowlers unless your OK with strings. Overall very nice place.

Had our company event at Sonic Bowl @ SAFRA CCK and we enjoyed the bowling games there! The staffs were very welcoming, accommodative and helpful not just on the event day itself, we were very much helped by the Assistant Operation Manager, Mr. Shahiwan, who guided us since we enquired Sonic Bowl for the event. The place is very new and spacious, we ordered catered buffet and was stationed at one side of the bowling centre, there were also plenty of tables and chairs for our staffs to sit comfortably and enjoy the food. The only suggestion I can think of is that Sonic Bowl can consider making the place brighter.

I had an amazing experience at this bowling alley, and it's all thanks to Syukran! His friendly demeanor and exceptional customer service truly stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure our group had a fantastic time, from helping us with our bowling technique to ensuring our lanes were clean and well-maintained. Syukran's positive attitude and dedication to his job made our visit unforgettable. We'll definitely be returning, and we hope to see Syukran there to make our experience just as wonderful again! I hope other bowling alleys are as good as this one as this one really set the standards for what an alley should be! Kudos!

Ambience is young, vibrant and conducive for fun family or group bowling. String pin bowling is the same as normal pin bowling. Still send sick messengers and such although less satisfying. No bad racks, which is a plus point🤣 strings do not trip pins as feared by most. It’s a very efficient system. Definitely should give it a try. 👍

The design of the bowling area are very neat.My guy failed to play bowling and get mostly gutter. I'm sweating and very enjoyable. Maybe come back someday. Oh yeah I want to check the Cheer Grab and go
