singapore’s midnight diner <3 the food was awesome, especially the suan pan zi. highlight was definitely the homemade umeshu and endless snacks. great hospitality and service too — a hidden gem. will be back!

Came highly recommend by a friend. I cant think of anywhere else in Singapore to get abacus seed at midnight. Great comfort food and a cozy environment. Highball was great too.

A cosy izakaya tucked in an old building with a lot of vibes. Outdoor seating pet friendly. Suan pan zi is very good, and siok bak with their garlic sauce as well. However would not recommend the garlic fried rice. Firstly it’s overpriced at $12 and secondly it does not have wok hei. Their asahi is going at 3 for $30 / 5 for $40

Very cosy atmosphere with Midnght Diners vibes. Unique Chinese Izakaya concept, with interesting specials like sio bak, Kong Bak pau, 算盘子 and carry a range of good sake etc. Open to late, Highly recommended!

Was my first time there and was delighted to know that they were having a special national day menu (Nasi Lemak hand rolls) which were so good! Blue pea rice based hand rolls, something I did not expect from a izakaya 👍🏻 Will be back again for sure. Thank you for having us

Interesting food and ambience! Had the Nanjing Salted Duck, Pork Dumplings and their comfort bowl of the day (beef gyudon) The duck was something different and the tomatoes that came with it was amazing, really complemented the duck really well. Will be back again to try their other items!

This place really has a nice ambience for drinking and they definitely serve good food! Looks like their concept is similar to Izakaya but Chinese version. Lastly, the owner is very friendly too :)

New izakaya concept in Katong. Thoughtful and very motivated owners who even create their own take on umeshu. For those looking for a nice drink or two in a chill ambiance, give it a try!

Very cozy and intimate place with friendly boss and lady boss also. Food is fantastic with a wide range of drinks available. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to chill out with friends in the east coast area.
