I recently treated myself to the Premium grooming shave service and Head Massage/Spa. Engaged both Eri and Ros respectively. From the moment I stepped in, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel completely at ease.The use of premium Japanese products and meticulous techniques elevated the experience The staff’s professionalism, combined with their genuine warmth, created an atmosphere of complete comfort and relaxation.

I got the premium cut course. It is a small shop on the second floor. There, I was warmly welcomed and ushered into a private room with a curtain as a divider. Eri-san was my hairstylist and she recommended me a new hairstyle which she cut efficiently. She was friendly and conversation flowed easily. The shave, head and shoulder massage were good too. Would definitely visit again.

Went to this lovely shop today. Eri-san gave me a wonderful haircut which was much needed after my hair was partially shaved for an operation. Nice and clean place. Friendly staff who are all service oriented. I took the Mens Premium Cut Course. Was lead to an individual cubicle for my session. Every single process, from the haircut, shaving, facial wash, massage, hair wash, styling, as indicated in the package, were all done Within the cubicle, which gave a very personalised feel. My stylist, Eri, is very professional. She gave advice and offered suggestions for a hairstyle that suits me. Returning for my next cut.

Tried the premium cut course on 24 March and was really impressed by it. The reservation process online was really easy. Access to the place was also convenient, and I also like that there’s not much footfall in the area, so entering and exiting the place is great for an introvert like me. It was a really tiring month for me so I decided to give myself a treat. Maayu was really friendly and even though I am an introvert, we had a fun conversation. Her skills were also great, and I am very happy with the hairstyle. The shaving experience was excellent. Maayu’s technique was non-invasive, especially for both facial hair and head shaving. It was a relaxing and enjoyable part of the service. The shampoo used during the service was incredibly aromatic. The scent lasted well into the next day, adding an extra touch of luxury to the experience. Overall, Hiroginza premium barber, especially with Maayu as the stylist, provides top-notch service with great attention to detail. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium grooming experience.

My first time visiting HIRO GINZA Singapore and was warmly welcomed by Arima-San. The private room was cosy with a relaxing ambience and service from start to finish was excellent. I did the Men's premium cut course + trial partial perm and Eri-San did a fantastic job with my hair, which turned out better than I expected. Kudos to Kartii for the massage and service as well. It is definitely well-worth the money spent. Will return for my next visit to get my hair trimmed.

From the moment you walk in till the time you exit, the customer service you receive is second to none. The price includes a fully managed experience from haircut to wash, shave and finally a massage. Well worth the price tag. Eri is a gifted artist when it comes to barbering. Too bad she will be going back to Tokyo for a few months to give birth.

I had not gone to a barber for 2 months during the circuit breaker, so asked my friends and one of them recommended this place. It was an experience which I wanted, you walk in and get a hair cut and treatment in a separated booth, staff welcomed you very well, even though I showed up a bit earlier than my appointment. The cut was efficient and nice, shaving was too comfortable that I fell asleep, then the last shoulder massage was to release your stiffness accumulated during the work from home. And at the end, the staff even went out of the door to wave good bye. Well I am ready to think about my next appointment.

Great Staff, Eri is professional and can tell she has accumulated loads of experience in cutting men's hair. Is able to provide advice on plausible hairstyles based on my habits (of not using styling products) etc, the massage from Kartii was fantastic too. Definitely recommend!

One of the best, if not the best barber services in Singapore. Both Arima and Eri gave their best high quality Japanese standard to ensure that their clients feel at ease and pampered. The haircut and facial spa was excellent. Even the price is quite worthwhile for what you get.

I visited Hiroginza for the first time in July 2022. Amazing service and attention to detail. Eri asked me about my hairstyle preferences, shave style, mist preferences etc. Very good quality haircut was followed by constant mist on the face to take care of the shave burn. Highly professional warm towel / cold towel shave followed by eyebrow trimming, shoulder massage, shampoo and blow dry to top it off. I highly recommend trying Hiroginza and see the difference for yourself. If you visit, ask for Eri.

Excellent. Service exceptional as you’d expect from a Japanese run business. Eri was great - the whole process was super relaxing and high quality. Hair cut, wet shave (cut-throat blade) and facial. All to the back drop of a well lit private room and some light jazz. Feel like a new man. Arigatou gozaimasu!!

I had a men's cut course. It was amazing. I've never had such a wonderful haircut experience before. There are private rooms for each customer, with soothing jazz music. The course included a haircut, hair wash, extensive shaving (they even shaved some baby hair on my ears), eyebrow trimming, wax/gel, face lotion with a some facial massage, a drink and a shoulder massage. "Premium" is an understatement here.

Very good service. The cutting technique is so high. Shampoo and massage are also great. Shaving and skin cream are incredible!! It was very good. Many Japanese salons finish in a short time, but this salon takes its time, and best of all, it's a private room so you don't have to worry about other people looking at you. I think it's great. I was quickly and neatly groomed. Located in a corner of a luxury hotel, I had the impression that it wasn't just a place to get a haircut, but a place to relax and spend time alone. At a regular beauty salon, I often feel unsure about using scissors, but as expected from the barber's salon, I feel comfortable as I am accustomed to men's short cuts. I felt the technique was perfect.

Although it is located in Singapore, the quality of service and technology are completely Japanese. It's different from the so-called Japanese barbers. In that sense, it is important to consider the price difference between local barbershops and high-end barbershops of the same level in Japan. Considering the exchange rate and prices in Singapore, I think it's too expensive to convert it to the dollar at 85 yen, but 65 yen feels very reasonable. However, being able to receive authentic Japanese service overseas may be considered "priceless." Also, they give you a parking ticket, which is a rare service in Singapore, so even though it's a small amount, it feels good. In conclusion, I recommend it.

I went to Arima-san again this time. I tried a number of barbers in Singapore, but since I found Arima-san, I've only been going to HIRO Ginza. Even a small cut around the hairline makes my hair look much lighter, which is nice. I'm grateful for the careful cuts he always gives me. It's been a month since I last came for a haircut, but since I wasn't able to get a shave last time, it's been two months since my last shave. It felt great.
