I’ve yet to give a review to this establishment despite using their services for years. Compared to the usual quick cut 12 dollar establishments, in which the quality isn’t consistent, the main issue I have is with the barbers of those establishments 1. Brandishing their shavers as though they are trying to shave off my scalp 2. Using shavers for 95% of the cut and then just combing it off The barbers at QB premium are more delicate, and because I have skin issues, the care is something that I appreciate. The haircut is not anything spectacular, but it fits my needs well and is more consistent than the usual quick cut establishments. If you’re rating this place with a low score, choose another barber because you need to spend more money to get something more fitting for you.. You can treat this as premium economy for airlines. A con for this outlet would be the waiting time which ranges 30min - 1h, but personally I’m fine with that.

Let's put it this way, the staff does a pretty decent job of giving a salon quality haircut at a fraction of salon price, minus the shampooing and head massage. The premium (as opposed to QB standard) provides a basic styling with hair wax. No colouring, steam perm or treatments. Strictly haircut only. I like it for the quick and nice hair cut. Sometimes you get a better (or seemingly dedicated) hairdresser but I think you'll need to manage your expectations right. For guys I think it's easy, for ladies I think it's a steal since the typical salon cut can get pretty expensive. The place can get pretty crowded especially weekends. But you can leave your name on a list by the entrance and go about doing your own stuff instead of sitting and waiting since there's only room for 3 persons.

Excellent standards of care. Clean, hygienic and professional place with skilled barbers. Not surprisingly, very popular and you will have to Q. Remember to pay and get your token before waiting for your turn. If there was a facility to inform customers when it is their turn viaphone call, it would minimise the customers crowding in the corridor. I have been visiting this small place for years and would certainly recommend.

Been cutting my hair here on and off the the past 3 years. The male stylists are better at cutting male hair. Overall for $15 quite good as the stylists at the normal qb, ec...etc have dropped over the years

Pleasantly surprised by this place. Value for money. For $15, u will get a pretty decent hair cut. Straightforward and fuss free. But just don't expect coffee, hair massage and hair wash like high end salon.

The wait at Premium outlets are usually longer than normal non premium outlets. The satisfaction level from the premium outlets are usually higher as far ss I'm concern. The stylists are generally more attentive and follow your instructions closely and will give your advice if they felt otherwise.

Service was prompt upon walking in. Compared to a regular QB house, i noticed the charger provided, the comfier & cozy chair with more sitting room. The tools that the barber uses are pretty much the same, except they take the extra care to trim carefully by doing a pass with a pair of scissors after being trimmed by the shaver, so no stray long hairs. Additionally at the end of my haircut, you get offered wax to be applied to your hair. Everything else you could assume the same for a standard QB house.

Love this place, it is very affordable and the hairdressers actually remembers the type of cut that I like and help me maintain. Not many hairdressers can cut long hair so I kinda only frequent this place
