Michelle was very attentive, and I had a very good conversation with her while getting my facial. She introduced Luminous Crystal Face Treatment, as I had very dry skin. Surprisingly impressed with the quality given that this is a neighbourhood spa. The massage was great. The products used were pleasant and gentle on the skin. Appreciate that they use machine for exfoliating instead of traditional extraction which usually causes redness, swelling and enlarged pores. My face feels really smooth and clean after the first trial. The place was clean and well maintained. Cookie certainly has the best hands for massage. Tried a few other beauticians but eventually came back to her!
