I had a very bad regular breakouts and decided to give facial a try. When I came to Celmonze Tampines, Wendy recommended the Silk Facial Care treatment which was what I need and is reasonably package. After a few month of regular facial, my acne problem is resolved! During my facial treatment, all the beauty therapist are friendly and kind, have lots of patience in doing the extractions which is the essential of the facial. The extraction leaves no marks on the skin after the 2nd day and you will feel very clean. Even the products are good. If you are on a budget, they are not pushy either, which makes me comfortable. So they recommend to get only the items I'm lacking and after trying just 2 products that my skin require, it was worth the money. I don't have to waste money on makeups :)

The staff and managers like Wendy and Sharon are very friendly and I will not feel pressurized to purchase a product or a treatment. Keep up with your good work ladies😄

Bought a Fave voucher from Celmonze - Acne Facial for 2 sessions. Went to the first session today and was served by Wendy. Super nice and polite when she did the skin analysis for me (yknw how some ppl can be rude like saying girl ah ur face very bad must do this this this..). Sulli (?) did the facial for me and it was just sooooo relaxing and she was so so gentle (extractions weren't so painful!) I really enjoyed the whole process from start to end and considering to sign up for a package as well but I'll wait till my 2nd appointment before deciding. She didn't rly hardsell me or anything but merely notified of their current IWD promo and was respectful when I declined. Can't wait for my next sesh!
