feb 2024 - i finally dyed my hair! for the first time! and with jaxx's help, it was truly such a reassuring and pleasant experience. jaxx really has the ability to execute styles with amazing accuracy. i only provided a few pictures to be used as "references", however i wanted elements from each picture for my style. despite this, jaxx brought my dreams to life!! her professionalism is very impressive. i recommend for you to entrust her if you have a crazy cool style that you want to see come to life too! its been 10 months engaging jaxx for haircuts, best decision for my hair ive ever done. ...-- apr 2023 - i got a haircut, wash and styling! it was very worth it and i got the cut i wanted. Jaxx's professionalism when it comes to hairstyling made the experience very relaxing. she also takes the extra effort to remember her customers and will make small talk with them! being a quieter person, i really appreciated that Jaxx understood the style that i wanted and helped me build on the ideas i had. i would definitely come again, she's earned my trust!! 😽😸

Apologies as this review came in so late. I've been meaning to leave a review after having the haircut a month ago. I'm usually very specific in how I want my hair cut and with Jaxx I felt that I could comfortably tell her exactly what I wanted and she listened and executed. It's a place where you won't feel intimidated to discuss how you want your hair done as she's very receptive and does not impose her ideas on you. She did suggest trying something new but also said we could ease into that and only do something different when I'm really ready and want to. The place was very cosy and the interaction was great, almost didn't feel like we were meeting for the first time! And most importantly, the haircut turned out to be what I wanted! :) Will revisit soon!

Channel Hair is a very cosy place with a great vibe. I chanced upon Jaxx and Channel Hair via Tiktok and decided to give it a try although I live on the other side of Singapore. Totally loved it! Jaxx has a warm personality and is very skilled! She advised me not to perm my hair after analysing it and we did a color and cut instead. Really love the cut! Thank you, Jaxx! I’ll be back!

I love the vibe of the salon and Jaxx is utterly thoughtful to my mum and daughter. Esp my mum! The perming solution was a bubble type, so it didn’t have the usual problems that liquids have - dripping down the sides and behind the ears. The bubbles also have a longer staying power = more contact time. Thank you Jaxx!
