I am so happy to have found this place! Elyse was friendly, and the extractions were done gently. The facial massage was so soothing and relaxing that I even dozed off. I will definitely make this a regular part of my self-care routine moving forward.

Long overdue but I had one of the best bojin facial with Elyse! She was very skillful and I am still wondering how she managed to expertly extract all my blackhead without painful extraction like any other facial studios. Elyse was very professional and her home-based facial is equipped with state-of-the-art tools that can easily rival a commercial facial studio. As a certified-bojin facialist, I am very impressed by how accurate Elyse's technique was, she does not take any shortcut or compromise on any steps - unlike a lot of bojin facial therapists out there. Just had my facial, Elyse is super easy to chat with and friendly. No hard selling, she didn't even recommend their most exp treatment. Her price is very reasonable. The treatment I did was for 2 hrs, I enjoyed a nice face massage also and ended off with a short back massage. The room is clean and comfortable. Elyse's doggo is so adorable. I absolutely loves! It was overall a relaxing and comfortable experience. Will definitely recommend, and will be coming back!

One of the nicest home-based facial place i’ve ever been! Elyse is very patient in answering my questions before and during the service. She is also very gentle when doing the facial and most importantly no hard selling was done at all so I can just enjoy the 2-hours pampering. The place is very clean and my favorite has got to be the water music 😄 definitely would recommend and can’t wait to go back for another session!

I googled about home based facial at Punggol and chanced about Facial Inc and decided to give it a try. Entered a very cosy room and the whole process was really comfortable. Elyse is very nice, she analysis my face and recommended a suitable facial for me. I wanted to do Diamond Peel(more expensive) but she recommended me a basic facial first due to my skin condition. She is not pushing the most expensive facial treatment but according to what is more suitable for me. Before I left, I already secured my next facial with her in a month’s time. And, no hard selling at all! 👍🏻

Went for my first session recently at facial inc. I had a very good experience. The room is clean, cosy and really had a spa feel even though it’s a hbb. Elyse the beautician is patient and she really listened and addressed my concerns. She explained each step patiently and gave me skincare tips as well. I really enjoyed the facial massage… just wished it could be longer 🙂… looking forward to trying the diamond facial next month!
