After years of looking for the perfect facial in Singapore I struck gold in the form of Lilya and her unassuming (but neat as a pin and clean) “The Glam Zone” spa! Aside from the most incredible relaxing facial massage her understanding of skin and attention to detail is top quality. She uses quality products and adjusts your facial to align with your skin goals. The facial pricing is all inclusive and there is never an upsell for product. Lilya is calm and caring. All round a 5 star experience every time. Thank you Lilya!

I don’t usually write reviews on Google, but I was so blown away by Lilya’s service and facial that I just had to — this unassuming facial spa exclusively carries one of France’s cult favourite skincare brands, Biologique Recherche. But it’s not the brand that makes the magic here — it’s Lilya’s dedication, patience, and attention to detail as both the owner and facialist at Glamzone. Her focus on facial massage is unlike any other facial I’ve been to, where a facial massage is usually a 10-15min affair. At Glamzone, the massage IS the facial. From cleansing to application of boosters, to application of aftercare — Lilya takes time to massage products into the skin with exacting detail and skilful techniques. It is truly a blissful experience that is not just efficacious at repairing skin, but also putting your mind at ease. I have not been back to any other facialist since meeting Lilya.

Lilya is the best BR facialist I have experienced, She intuitively understands skin and how to use these amazing products to create a bespoke treatment depending on the current state of my skin. Yesterday I had a VIP 02 facial and my skin today is glowing, plump and radiant. Actually it is amazing. Lilya is an amazing facialist, and paired with the FULL exquiste BP skincare line, get ready for a major skin transformation! I first went to Lilya looking quite haggarded despite using very expensive skincare. Lilya assured me my skin wasn't bad but quite dehydrated. In the first session, she made me "glow" and then spent a lot of time teaching me about my skin and how to take care of it. Although I haven't followed her regimen to the degree recommended, there was a huge difference in one month. Lilya provides a bespoke service making the experinece very different from other large spa with employees that just "work on" you. That difference is the level of personal care. Lilya has won me over and I will see her regularly.
