I would like to compliment Shuny for her excellent service and support provided to me for the last few years . She is highly efficient and prompt in rescheduling my appointments and even the last minute change , she will go the extra miles to check on other alternative slots just to ensure that my preferred time/date fir eyelash extensions are met . So far , she has not made a single mistake while rearranging my appintment. She is also very friendly and approaching . Shunt is a valuable staff in your organization . 👏👏👏

I have my brows done on an annual basis at HighBrow Capital by their creative director, Andy, and today is my 3rd visit there. After doing my brows, I decided to go for eyeliner on my upper eyelids too. All in all, I was pleased with the great experience and the results. A special shout-out to their receptionist, Shuny, who went the extra mile and helped me with the Atome app so that I could enjoy extra savings!

Wonderful experience at Highbrow Capitol that I will definitely recommend:) This is my 1st time getting my lashes done and I wanted something very natural. My therapist Angeline was very patient in understand my needs and concerns. The outlet manager was also very welcoming and warm. They made a fabulous recommendation and I am so happy with the results! Exactly what I wanted!! The whole process was comfortable and I fell asleep! No hard sell, no sales talk, just really focused on meeting my needs. Great experience and thank you!!!

I've been doing my lashes at Highbrow for many years. Hailey has been doing my lashes and I really love how relaxing it is when she does mine. Not only that, I think her skills are very good as she does it very quickly and understands what style I want. It doesn't sting as well :) I always go back to her now for my lashes!! :) I would reccomend everyone to try getting your lashes done by Hailey :)

Had a pleasant time at Highbrow! Ginny was attentive and gentle. Although the glue stings a bit but Ginny helped to flush it with eye drops. After a week my lashes are still looking good!

I followed Meri to Capitol when she moved even though it is far from where I stay because she truly is the best at lashes! I had never done my brows before but decided to trust Meri and did embroidery with her too. I was so pleasantly surprised and happy with what she had done with my brows - it was so natural looking yet it really brightened up my face. Quite a few friends saw it and wanted to go to Meri too. I came to know about Highbrow from a friend and there is really no turning back for me! I first went to them for eyelash extension and was so pleased with the lashes that I have been going back month after month because my eyes would look so naked without them. The lashes have given my small eyes a new look and in fact , I have received much compliments from friends too! This would not have been possible without the good work done by my therapist, Guiling, who is not only skillful but also gentle and meticulous. Because of the lovely experience from doing my lash extensions , I decided to entrust my brittle nails to their care too and indeed, it was the best decision ever! My nail therapist, Hailey, has done such a fabulous job that my nails have started growing to a length never before ! She is not only passionate about the work she does , she also takes great pride in doing what she does such that she takes great care to ensure my nails are done beautifully each time ! Now , even my daughter goes to her for her nails to be done . Because of the work done by both Guiling and Hailey, I have found new confidence in showing off my nails and lashes and for this , I am truly grateful! Lastly, the booking of my sessions with them have been made so easy via WhatsApp that despite my busy work schedule , it is always a breeze just making that next appointment , thanks to the service-oriented staff such as the one and only lady who takes care of the scheduling and payments at Capitol( the one and only one who took pictures of my nails and assured me that my hands will still look nice in your pic despite my age! 🤪) Thank you ladies! I always look forward to my trips there!

I have been having my eyelash extensions done by Meri since 2021, she is always meticulous, patient and polite. Her skills are superb, I noticed that the extensions done by her can last longer than other places I have been. I also appreciate that she only share promotions but does not hard sell the packages to me. I would certainly recommend Meri to my friends who would want their eyelashes done! BAD The only reason why I’m giving it 5 stars it’s just so people can see it. I visited highbrow upon purchasing the fave voucher. When I arrived, the lash technician told me under voucher, I am only eligible to do “natural” style unlike stated in their description. I proceeded to lie down as she quickly “cleanse” my lashes with her FINGERS. Unlike other lash places where they would use water or a brush to clean my bare lashes and eyes. Highbrow lash technician uses fingers instead. She proceeded to quickly rub her fingers against my eyelids, and proceed to put on my lashes on right after. The entire process ended in lash than an hour and it felt very rushed despite being empty in the shop. And no, she was not rushing because she had another client, I heard her talking to her colleague asking her to throw rubbish with her. I’m not sure if it’s their standard protocol or is the lash technician cutting steps as we are using the voucher. Also, I found a tiny gemstone on the lash bed and passed it to the lash technician to dispose of it. (Must be from the previous customer). She didn’t wash or sanitise her hand after as she was with me the whole time. The only reason why I’m righting this is because my eye is red and sticky. Due to the lashes being stuck soooo close to my eyelid. I can literally feel it when I blink my eyes. In the photos, u can see it being attached less and 0.1cm away from my natural lashes. Not leaving out the blob of glue on my lashes as well.
