Came in for underarm whitening and their customer service is fantastic! Belle was so understanding about the packages that I declined. And my treatment was done by Joyce. She was very nice and did everything accordingly. You will be able to see more difference if you come in for more sessions. Regardless my underarms feels detoxified in just the first session!

I was really pleasantly surprised to receive not just expert advice according to my health situation and face condition and the respective facial treatment, but also meet such a welcoming, friendly and warm lady boss. She makes the place feel like home as she genuinely cares for us. My beautician Yee Theng does the same: every visit she examines and suggests what I should do but none of them are pushy at all, just telling the truth and letting us decide. I’m very comfortable coming to Jing Jing and her beauticians because they all carry her heart’s concern for her customers. I’ve had retinol which really helped my skin. When Jing Jing heard I’ve had trouble sleeping and headaches, she recommended bojin which actually had real results as it massages my polyvagus nerves. Thank you Jing Jing and Yee Theng!

First time facial at ibhskin during july, didnt read carefully on the hard sell part review…i have signed up the package is all becos of hard selling is not my willingness. i agreed everything is good and customer service also ok.. is just that the hard sell and pushy part really make me dislike it alot! I actually just wanted to try it first, if i find it good i will return.. but they are way pushy before u leave.. They keep talk and talk to make u feel like faster pay off and go off immediately! But thankfully i have used up all the package and i wont return anymore.. is way too scary on the hard sell! If u are someone can determine to reject, u can just go and try.. cos product is really good just the hard selling part make ppl very uncomfortable! No matter how many times u reject they still will try their best to make u pay the packages.. is not cheap either.. think wisely before u enter!

I’ve been going for their facial treatment and permanent hair removal (bikini area) for about a year now! I’ve very sensitive skin since young to the point where my face will turn red and swell whenever i use facial masks. After going for their sensitive skin treatment and used their products for sensitive skin, my skin has shown much improvement progressively. I love the mini massage session they provide during the facial treatment! It’s very relaxing, especially after a long day of work 😌 I used to do brazilian waxing at a parlour every month but decided to do permanent hair removal with IBH. After the first few sessions, i could see the slow hair growth! It takes a few weeks before it grows back again. The hair has also become much thinner, finer. I’m at my 9th session now & it’s almost disappearing, so clean! Very satisfied 😊

Saw a sudden surge in positive reviews over the past weeks so I thought I chip in! I am almost halfway through my package and I have yet to see any improvements in the underarm whitening treatment. Will definitely do a full review once the package is over Update: 10th Nov 23 - Still no improvement in underarm brightening treatment. In fact, it got darker after the last session. Also, hair removal treatments have caused the hair to grow out at a much slower pace but still coarse. Will update again.

I’m doing skin care courses like Bio Oxygen and eye tightening here. I recently tried Optimbright facial whitening and I’ve had almost ten courses. My skin has been stable since I was prone to redness, and I don’t often get acne or pimples anymore. , the makeup feels more comfortable! Although all courses cost some money, the results are worth it. I highly recommend trying the skin care routine here! This place doesn't often do hard core sales for customers. I think it's very suitable for customers to have a safe experience. I have been coming here for nearly three years now.
