Comfortable and relaxed facial experience on my every visit. Just went this morning and was served by beautician Eunice. As usual, she is gentle and patient and never hardsell their products and services. Thankful to have found Ivy Aesthetics!

Cleared my acne a lot by going for the signature facial. Relaxing experience as well. Love the massage given when face masks are put on, and the attention to detail given.

Facial experience here was relaxing and comfortable. Staff would explain the steps of the facial and pre-empt before putting anything on the face. Comes with a good short massage too! Would definitely return back here for facial again :)

Awesome facial experience with Vivi! Walked in the first time with bad acne condition. After going for my 3rd session with her, almost all of my acne has been cleared and didn’t grow back! Really thankful for it! Highly recommended Vivi if you are looking to do facial especially for acne treatment.

very comfortable & well maintained.. the staff are very welcoming.. Communications through whatapps are usually promptly replied. Yvonne is very patient.. gentle in explaining & handling throughout my facial procedure. My face improved alot after severals treatments there. v highly recommended facial spa! 👍🏼

I took the Brazilian and full leg wax as package. I liked how polite the staff and let you know what they will be doing and which area will be painful and give heads up. As usual, as any other place they will ask you to take laser hair removal instead. Overall, 5 stars 😃
