This outlet is the worst of all I have tried across Singapore. K Skin will ask you to email them but they’ll wrap up with a call to say they’ll watch and improve on things. Don’t bother reaching out to k skin.

Fuss-free quick facial, did a 15-minute express cleanse facial. Good and decent techniques from Peiqi, coupled with light head massages. Great way to wind down from a long week from work.

I have never heard of Kskin nor ever known about express facial concept. Hence was intrigued when I stumbled upon Kskin outlet while wandering around the mall. Since I was the first customer during opening hours hence thought will give it a try. I purchased the $28 Glow 15mins facial. The therapist was helpful in explaining the different service type but from beginning she had already started promoting the Illuminating serum (And thereafter throughout the facial session) Dont get me wrong, am sure the employees are paid a base pay for performing facial services then perhaps a % of their comp plan is based on product sales with monthly, quarterly etc quota. But what really amuses me is the therapist had failed to do more investigative work ie asking about my age, skincare expectations etc then tried to sell me cleansing products which was foam based and for acne when I am 50 yo. When I tried to explain that my skin is in aging condition and would require cleansing oil to remove make up, she said cleansing oil will dry out my skin further 🤣 (Tell that to La Mer) Anyway, the very young therapist is just probably following company guidance. Facial is worth trying.
