I recently visited Kskin at Bedok Mall for my second session, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Rev. She was incredibly polite, professional, and knowledgeable. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and explained every single step of the treatment process in detail. As a foreigner, I often find it challenging to choose the right treatments, but Ms. Rev was amazing. She recommended a treatment that truly suited my skin's needs, focusing entirely on customer satisfaction rather than cost or promotions. Her dedication and passion for her work were evident, and it was a wonderful experience for me. The 30-minute session was exceptional, and I left feeling completely satisfied. Ms. Rev also suggested products that were perfect for my skin type at very reasonable prices, including a Vitamin C serum, illuminating serum, and brightening masks. To my surprise, I even received additional masks as a free gift!🎁.... Thank you so much, Ms. Rev, for your outstanding service. Positive experience, immediate results and no hard selling. They were understaffed so I had to wait an hour, there was a sign put up in advance, so no qualms about this. The beautician, Rev, was very knowledgeable and explained to me each and every step. She explain what she was doing and what the serums were for. I tried Combo F (35 mins) as a first timer with concerns about my blackheads. My pores were very clean after and skin felt smooth and glowy. Will definitely return in future. Thanks so much.

Happened to walk past and thought to give it a shot. Got the Combo A (Cleanse and Glow) + Vitamin C serum. Was attended to by Evelyn, who made me feel very welcome and relaxed. As it was my first time, she explained the procedures clearly and its benefits. And as promised, no hard selling of packages or products at al, just recommendation of suitable house-brand products. In place of packages, is a reward card system - every $50 entitles you to a stamp with which you can accumulate for rewards. Was informed that K-Skin is under the K-Cuts group which explained their business model. Though it was intended as a quick service facial, the experience felt almost like a premium day spa. So positive and enjoyable was my experience that I look forward to coming back for more self-care. :) Thanks Evelyn!

Have visited this outlet multiple times. Highly recommend the Cleanse package and also the pigmentation treatment for anyone who is struggling with acne. All their staff are very friendly and attentive, and the treatments are really value for money especially considering the great service from the staff. Special mention for Rev who patiently did my treatment, analysed my skin condition and explained all the steps to me in detail even when she had already had a really packed schedule. Thanks for the great experience, will definitely continue to visit again in the future.
