It's our (me & my daughter) first time trying kskin facial. We were so blessed to be served by Lin, who happened to be the only one on duty today. Nonetheless, she did not rush through the process, even took time to explain about my daughter's skin concern. She was knowledgeable, genuine and passionate about good skincare practice. Will definitely come back!

Stephanie was awesome!!! Excellence service and great skills. She’s also an awesome conversationalist as well. The location was clean and easy to choose what facial services you require based on your needs. No hard selling, no package. Fuss free, no booking needed too. Great for some of us who have facial packages elsewhere but find it hard to book a good time! Kskin to the rescue

Lin is a very passionate therapist. My facial is handled with such care and love by her. Even went the extra mile to ensure that the blockage at the sides of my nose was removed. My very first time visiting and trying out their services at their newly open outlet at Causeway Point and i love it soo much. Staff are friendly and explain well and very skillful. Special credit to the staff name Lin, she make me feel confortable with her very bubbly and happy personality. She explain the products well and make sure i understand the benefit and how to use it. She went through each and every parts of my face so thoroughly when doing cleansing and even offered to help me with my fine lines on my forehead when it wasn't even in the package. I have visited KSkin Causeway Point several times and would like to commend Jannah for her great service & techniques. For each step of the treatment, she clearly explained what it does and happily answered all of my queries. Not only that, she made sure to gently care for my skin (e.g. not being rough with the extraction process) while delivering effective results. One thing I enjoyed particularly is the sensorial experience, specially with the soothing gel & eye roller. It was so good that I fell asleep in that moment. The therapist whom I did not ask for name (with blond hair) was so rough with the treatment. she literally scrape my face with the scrubber and I felt almost breathless with the way she blew the oxygen at my nostril. Even when she applied lotion on my face, I felt like she is kneading a dough. The mask placed on my skin was on for less than 5mins and removed. Overall I felt it was an unpleasant experience.
