I went in for a facial with my son, and we loved it. The beautician, Ms Nana, was very professional, communicated and explained what she would do and recommend which product suited our face. I felt so relaxed and enjoyed my facial with her. My skin felt great after, and I would return with my other children for another facial treatment.

The experience at compassone is very comfortable today. The beautician Nana's technique is really in place and the service is very attentive. After the treatment, my face is clean and refreshing, and I will continue to come back.

First time trying out and did my facial with Sylvia. She is very gentle. Explained on what she was doing and I felt relaxed during my facial. No hard selling of products. Sorry to say the other beautician (I didn’t ask for name) who I can hear her, she was proactively promoting the products throughout the whole facial session with other customer. As for Sylvia, I like it when my session ended, she simply handed me a brochure and ask me to read up more on the product she recommending. Thats it! This gesture does makes me feel comfortable and wanting to try out more other treatment with her because of the peaceful relaxing 30mins facial session. Highly recommended Sylvia if you just need a peaceful facial session! There’a a difference between hard selling and recommending.

First time trying this out. Waiting time was short on a weekday (only half hr). Pearlyn is very professional and friendly and removed all my blackheads thoroughly! she also patiently explained every step and gave a good facial massage! love that there is no hard selling and its fast. good for busy people who just want a quick face refresh!

Been here twice and each time I left happy with the facial done. Quick and efficient facial service. Only 15-20mins each time and face is cleaned! Eva is my beautician this time round and she has been very friendly, professional and explain each process clearly. I used to go for facial at those salon where you would ended up having to purchase packages or hear them promoting different packages for very long after your session which can be stressful. But over at Kskin, no hard selling at all and you just need to purchase the service you want via a machine, and wait for your turn. Even if you opt for the most basic service, the beautician will not hard sell any products or services to you. This is so much better and each visit is stress free for me! Will definitely come back every month to maintain.

Wow, it's a wonderful experience. Short & sweet 30min of facial (extraction + glow) for me yet its sooooo good. Love the soothing environment. Beautician Pearlyn also gave detailed explanation through out the process. Love the express facial concept. Def will come back again.

Enjoyable is rarely a word associated to facial, but Sheryl proved me otherwise. She was patient in explaining to me all the steps to my facial - I appreciated that as it was my first time at K'skin and didn't know what to expect since the procedures were complemented with machine. Unlike my other experiences in other facial parlours, there was absolutely no hardselling or upselling at all! Sheryl was gentle and yet effective in clearing my pimple plantation and army of whiteheads & blackheads that have colonised my complexion after a year without facial. This is definitely going to be my go-to facial place especially when the results can be seen within less than an hour session. I will recommend coming on a weekday morning as the wait may be shorter.

After which, I prefer to go for her because of her professionalism and thorough cleansing that I felt was so great.
