Thanks to Alexis who always reminds me of my in grown nails on my feet. I am always looking forward to come for my pedicure and medicure because she is a great manicurist & I feel great after my nails are done. She will always calls me in advance to remind me my upcoming appointment & ensures that I will have a slot with her if I miss any appointment. We've been coming here for the past 8 years. All the wonderful nail technicians are great to work with. The service they provide is fabulous. The therapists are all well trained and very experienced. There is absolutely no hard sell, and the therapist truly cares for your nail health. Very comfortable experience. It is a rare sight to see a team so dedicated and work so professionally together. Mindy, Michelle, Jenny, Jessie and Xiao Zhen is the best team you can find in Parkway. Definitely recommend them!

Has been a frequent customer to the Parkway Parade Branch. This outlet has been around for a while but it looks a little old. Tried all the manicurists here, so far all very professional, friendly and patient! My personal favourites are Xiao Zhen and Mindy. My nails are always perfect after their care! I even brought my mom to do her pedicure as well. She is full of praises for them as they are very helpful towards her! Overall, I would recommend this place. Package is reasonable, service is fantastic!

I have been going to Crystal Nail Bar for many years. Have been observing their service level given to other customers which is of highly consistent in their work and are very professional n friendly. I especially like Michelle who is meticulous in her work n friendly. However I feel the shop needs some makeover. Highly recommend my friends to do their mani and pedi.

Overall experience would be much better if the facade of the shop could be improved as the shop is showing quite a bit of wear and tear, especially when compared to the other nail places in PP.
