got hani and her friend(did not see her name) as my therapist and they were great at sharing their products regarding treatment that made me want to sign up. although i told them i wasnt able to afford their treatment at that moment, they were very understanding and told me when im ready i could just comeback and approach them. and tbh i do want to come back and sign up for their treatment plan when im ready! :) great service ladies! <3

Not the cheapest prices but you are guaranteed quality services and results. Nail technicians were cautious and careful, very obviously skilled. It was ny first time here but I'm definitely coming back.

It was my first time visiting this brand and this outlet. Manicure and pedicure services meet expectations, nothing impressive but OK. However, the hard selling ruined the entire experience. Like what many other reviews also mentioned, the staff were constantly trying to upsell and cross sell a package and add on treatment. I guess it is common in this industry, not just this salon but perhaps the management of this Superbrand can look into catering to the segment of customers who prefers to enjoy their service in peace, even though it means paying a higher ad hoc price. Being overly pushy will diminish the brand image. That said, as consumers, we should maintain our position to communicate what we want and not be easily persuaded to signing up for something we do not want or out of budget.

Countless of nail package I have signed with her & till now maintaining well on my nails. Service is excellent. Salon is clean and neat. Value for money too.. their sole renewal treatment is their signature treatment. It’s help to remove dead skin.. and I feel my sole fresh and clean again.. they do fungal treatment too.. not all nail salon do fungal treatment. If u have this problem u can come here for fungal treatment and even ingrown nail.. sign package with them and they are not pushy. Will recommend friends and family to them.. 👍🏻
