I had the most amazing experience with Vanessa (holland village outlet). Not only is she incredibly skilled and meticulous, but she also made me feel completely at ease throughout the session. The attention to detail in my manicure was outstanding, and the salon’s atmosphere was so relaxing. My nails have never looked better! I highly recommend Vanessa to anyone looking for top-quality nail care. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’ve loved Nail Treatz and typically have a pleasant experience, but today was a bit of a letdown in terms of customer service. I received a voucher from my previous appointment about two weeks ago, and when I returned today, I realized I had forgotten to use it. The staff suggested I come back within the month to redeem it, but doing my nails three times so close together didn’t seem ideal. I asked if it would be possible to extend the voucher's date but I was told the system wouldn’t allow it. I mentioned the voucher’s date was handwritten so I kindly requested an extension to January, my request was then passed around and one of them said “the system just does not allow it” followed by another lady saying “why not buy a package”. While I understand they were trying to offer a solution, I’ve been offered package before and packages is just not my preference and them raising their ala carte prices has not stopped me from returning. In my opinion, a more customer friendly approach would have appreciated, to either extend the voucher or issue a new one or somehow politely decline and maybe not tell me to buy a package instead. Unfortunately, their response left me feeling like I wasn’t a valued customer, and as a result, I’ve decided not to return. I’ve always enjoyed my visits here, but this experience has made me reconsider.

Very satisfied with how my nails turned out! Walked in as there weren’t much crowd on a weekday. Manicurist Evonne is such a dear. Even though I did a simple manicure, she took the time and was very meticulous with her work. Very clean place too! With the quality of service and product, price is well worth.

I had express gel manicure and classic gel pedicure done. Getting an appointment was easy using watsapp, and queries were addressed before the appointment. Belle and Vanessa were good. They are not pushy about making customers sign on packages.

This was my second visit. They were very accommodating as I made my appointment at the last minute and I had to suddenly cancel it too due to work. Thank you for being so kind! This appointment was finally made in the morning of the day itself and they did their best to slot me in. Belle was so skillful in doing the nail art on my very tiny nails! She also thoughtfully customised the nail palette to suit my skin color! Thank you so much Belle!

Came by spontaneously to do a gel pedicure (~$70) and was served by the very lovely Belle 🥰 she was gentle and meticulous, and was very nice to talk to. Their gel polish are vegan, which is suitable for breastfeeding mummies :) the salon has a nice ambience too. Thank you Belle!
