Last time I had the pleasure of visiting New York Skincare Clinic and receiving a remarkable consultation and treatment from the talented beauty advisor, Erin. I have been a long time customer at New York Skin at Ngee Ann. The staff there are pleasant, friendly and professional. My beautician is its branch Manager, Ms Joanne Tan. She's very professional, meticulous and truly know her job well. She will analyse and tell you what's the real problem with your skin and recommend appropriate treatment, not like other companies where they just sell you a package that you do not need. Under her careful and skilled hands, the condition of my skin/face fairs much better than people of my age. A big thank you to her!

Great treatment and care from Annie. Very happy with results. My only complaint is they have a strange tactic of pressuring (forcing?) customers to do reviews before leaving their office. Never actually experienced this before! Very awkward and unnecessary as everything else was great. Edit: 5 stars, with only feedback to work on the issue highlighted above ☝️

Before visiting NYSS, I faced problems such as congested pores and acne. Consultant Alice has been treating my skin for months now and I have seen significant improvement. She is very meticulous, especially with extraction, and will ensure that I leave NYSS with very clear skin (no blackheads & congested pores). You can be assured that you will be in good hand during treatments as Alice is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. I can voice out my concerns to her during treatments and she will provide me with helpful feedback to resolve them. I will most definitely recommend anyone to look for Consultant Alice if you have any concern with your skin!

I would say facial treatment is never pleasant. Each visit made me feel of regretting coming as it’s really painful during extraction. However my consultant, Joanne would not leave the congestion part just because of me afraid of pain. She is patience enough to explain to me why would it so painful and try to distract my attention by talking to me, until she clears the congestion. Thanks to her professionalism, I could feel my skin is clean after each session.

I have been wanting to write a review about my experience with this place that I have been going for my facial needs. This is the place when you want your face to be pampered and see results. I have been very lucky to be attended by the same beauty consultant/therapist for the longest time. Denise has always been attentive and keeping any form of chatting minimum which is a good thing. After all, it’s supposed to be calm and relaxing. She always know when my skin is not at it’s best and would adjust the treatments that I had signed up for.
