Have been a repeat customer at NewU Aesthetics since early 2019. Their owner, Bella, is a lovely, knowledgeable lady with excellent work ethics. Unlike some of the other beauty salons that I’ve patronized, Bella is consistent, thorough and goes above & beyond for every SHR session. Scheduling appointments with them was also a breeze – Bella’s very accommodating and will try her best to slot you into her schedule whenever possible. Really saw results with NewU. I’m already on my third 12-session package with them for maintenance :)

Have been going for SHR treatments for a year and the results are good! Hair has reduced and thinned significantly. Bella and her staff are always very friendly and do their best to achieve the results I want, and they are not stingy at all with the number of shots. Appointments are easy to make and they don't keep hard selling stuffs too.

You can also see visible results after a few sessions. Over here you do not have to worry about any hard selling as there isn't any and they respect your decisions. Amy is very nice. She explained in detail to me about the difference between SHR and IPL. I willingly topped up the extra because even after topping up, I felt it’s quite a reasonable amount. The treatment takes about 10 mins for underarm and 20mins for legs. Wasn’t painful at all. During the treatment, Amy told me stories about her family which is quite funny. Enjoyed the process!

NewU Aesthetic has been my go to salon for hair removal for years. Every session I had with them was smooth and pleasant. Both Bella and Amy were friendly, and their product knowledge is superb. They’re also a joy to talk to! They do recommend packages however, but would also respect your choice of not purchasing any (so there’s no hardselling tbh). And most importantly, they are genuine. They don’t just sell you packages and get over with it. Instead, they take time to understand their customers and would do their best in whichever way they could. 10/10 would recommend anyone here!!

Bella was very kind, she is very informative regarding the treatment that i was trying to avail. She took the time explaining to me and my friend in a way that it was like you’re talking to a friend who’s giving you advice to what suits you better. There was no hard selling at all! She was so accomodating, we even requested that she do our treatment again nextime and she said not to worry all we need to do is call and let us know when we are coming. Very nice lady! The place was cozy and the procedure room was clean. all in all we were satisfied with our first visit and never regret to have bought a package! thanks to Bella!
