I recently had the chance to be a model for a Korean haircut and treatment at nVisually, and the experience was fantastic. The treatment left my hair feeling soft and smelling amazing. The salon itself was spotless, making the entire visit very comfortable. Instructor Issac and the hairdresser Hom were both incredibly friendly and professional. They carefully considered my features and designed a haircut that suited me perfectly. Their attention to detail and expertise really showed, and I walked out feeling confident and refreshed. I found out about nVisually on Instagram and visited them at Orchard Central after making an online appointment. This is my first time cutting my hair after five years. My hair has gone through pregnancy and postpartum hair loss. It was a mess to say the least. My stylist today was Angie. It was my first time meeting her but I felt like I’ve known her for a long time! My haircut with her was easy breezy and quick! Angie gave me a few suggestions before the haircut and showed a few ways I can style my hair after the haircut. I will definitely visit nVisually again when I’m in Singapore or whenever I need to fix my hair. Thank you for a great first time experience Angie, Rachel and nVisually.

The overall experience was great, Rachel was very gentle and made the whole process a pleasure to sit through. Everyone at nVisually was very friendly and a joy to be around! I was served by the Angie the senior stylist and was pleasantly pleased by the result. I told her during the consultation the desired hair colour I was looking for. She gave me possible suggestions that hits closest to the colour that I want as I don’t want to bleach my hair. It turned out really good!! I also added in a treatment which Angie kindly explained to me that it will help with my serverely damaged hair. It is absolutely affordable considering the positive results I got. Did the Cinderella hair treatment done by Anita last week. She is very friendly and nice. She told me the price and made payment before starting the hair treatment. She told me what will be done at the start. Before beginning each procedure, she would inform me. She even told me the after care tips so that my hair would not be frizzy. She did not hard sell the after care products. She even helped to cut my air bangs to make it more balance. The whole treatment took about 2 hours plus. Love love that my hair is not frizzy anymore.

From the start of the process, when I told her what I envisioned, she explained all the possible options. She listened and considered my wants, and offered the options to match with practicality and functionality. I really appreciated that very much. There was no imposition of decisions, and she made me feel at ease in trusting her with my hair. Thank you so much, Grace!!! You have made my experience a truly wonderful one. In addition, Dila (technical manager), frequently checked on me and that I was ok throughout. I also loved the fact that she checked on Grace too, not for lack of trust but for concern that her stylist was doing alright. I truly believe that it says a lot about a leader who cares for his/her people. It was overall a good environment, things were seamless and as mentioned, TOTALLY STOKED about the results. I will definitely recommend others about nVisually. This shall be my go-to happy place for hair and self-care!!

Visited on 14 March and had Nadra, and her mentor Dila to work on my hair. I did a cut, colour and treatment and my hair looks amazing after the The Hair Reconstructor treatment, considering how damaged my hair was. The stylists really made sure my haircut was suited with my face shape and hair length. Left the salon with luscious and healthy looking hair. Last but not least, the service received I was amazing and I’m beyond satisfied ☺️

It is surrounded with plants and this natural atmosphere really help to soothes the customers. I was served by Grace who is a very patient and friendly Stylist which help to explain and see the condition of my hair. I chose to have a Wash and Haircut with a 2 Steps Scalp treatment and definitely the result is something worth and I definitely love it a lot. The store location is easy to find in the middle of the city. Lovely staff Provide friendly service Today, use the haircut service + smooth mellbon 3 steps treatment. The shop uses a nano steam dryer. It helps the treatment to absorb into the hair more easily. The hair is very soft. The layered hair is beautiful and pleasing.
