I recently had the pleasure of getting eyelash extensions done by Balencia, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! She was professional and attentive, making sure to understand exactly what look I was going for. She took their time to ensure each lash was applied perfectly, and I felt completely relaxed throughout the process. The result is absolutely stunning! My lashes look full and natural, enhancing my eyes beautifully. I would highly recommend Balencia if they need to do eyelash extensions.

Had my lashes done by Ashlyn and she was so amazing! I love how gentle she was with her hands and even though I had sensitive eyes that are prone to conjunctivitis, swollen and redness, I didn't get any reaction after my lash extension procedure. Firstly, she recommended lash styles that suited my eyes and my lifestyle well, checking if i wore glasses regularly so the lashes wont be too long. Because she knew i had sensitive eyes, she even asked if id like to have a patch test done. Its so responsible of her. I love that they foam cleanse my lashes before starting. She also constantly checked on me if my eyes were fine during the session. There is no hard selling to buy packages and I will definitely be a repeated customer.

I’ve always preferred a more natural extension set, however could never get a set that I’m fully satisfied since lash technicians tend to ensure set are full and dramatic (worth the money). There is no privacy, just curtains between customers. I took a package so I had to go a few times, frankly it was hit and miss till the last 2 sessions where I realize that it depends on who you get to do your lashes. The first few times I had glue left behind, I had to remind them to please clean my lids properly. It made me wish I didn't get the package. But when you get a good 'artist' then it's totally worth it for the price.

Booked my appointment with them on Instagram and was required to make a full payment via bank trf to secure the slot which I thought was a little odd but besides that had a good overall experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. Retouch appointment @ $60 within 18 days only though. Previous experiences have some with up to 3-4 weeks for touch up appointments.
