This place had become my one stop destination for beauty services after good 12 months with them. Starting from lash perm, to lash extension (which I would like to compliment they have done a better than average job considering that I have been hopping around to search for the ideal one) then to facials then brow resurrection and even hair removal. I would strongly recommend Poly Beauty as you get real focused pampering treatment while you are there without even being asked or pushed to buy recurring services. Strongly recommend to ladies to experience their services.

Very professional service by Qiqi and her massage skills is 💯💯💯💯💯💯. The facial was enjoyable as well! Qiqi was able to identify my skin type and skin problems speedily with her rich experience in the beauty line, and recommend facial treatments that would best suit my sensitive skin. She made sure to let me understand what each step / skincare product she used is for. On top of that, she also provided me with tips and advice on how to take care of my skin. Would highly recommend the signature tailored facial to everyone!

I happen to walk in to Poly Beauty because my favourite hair salon is located at level 2 of harbourfront ctr! Greeted by a lovely therapist by the name of Bev, she introduced me the eye lash services after I enquired on eye lash services. Had a preety bitter experience at other outlet hence the reason I questioned her in their services. Jot only Bev was sincere, she was very polite and friendly! She made me feel at ease throughout my eyelas treatments and I'm a happy regular of their eye lash extension till today! All thanks to Bev. As I always believe in great customer service and product knowledge, she win my heart with her sincere attitude. I was tired when I was traveling here and happened to see that there was a face wash, eyebrow trimming and body massage here, so I came in with the attitude of giving it a try. I washed my face first, and they trimmed my eyebrows at the same time. Then the beautician recommended that I try the Chinese medicine masseur here. It was really extraordinary. Their body massage techniques were super good, and they touched every point of my body. What a treat. Moreover, the price is super reasonable, and the beautician is also very considerate. I am really satisfied. I hope friends who come here to travel here will not miss this store. It is really worth having! ! !
