I have been frequenting this joint for more than a year, my lash technician leeching is very proficient, gentle and nice. My nail technician Yvonne is very sweet too. The lashes and nails are done concurrently and that saved me time. I always fall asleep while they labour away to make me beautiful hahaha. Their time management is very good too. Thank you:)

Private Room is my go-to for lashes and I wouldn’t even be bothered to try elsewhere. Their flat lash is natural and flattering and I’ve had this same lash style since their 1st day of business. The process is always comfortable and I have no complaints really. Wynn has the best customer service and this is one of the main reasons why I’ll remain loyal.

Belinda is exceptional. Not only is she fast, she also what suit the customer best and will recommend accordingly. Best of all you can get your nails done while lying down to do your lashes!

I've been visiting Private Room for the past 7-8 years! Tried many other places but nothing can be compared to Belinda's services. It's a one stop all and it has become my only place for everything before any event or trips. Belinda is one of best! She is very sincere, kind and warm. Gentle with all services too :) After meeting Belinda, I've never looked back - no other places can compare to her. Once I've gotten my lashes done at another place (to finish up an old package), it was a major regret. 2 days later, I ran back to Belinda just to get it changed.

Have been doing my lash extensions here for years and my lash tech, Wynn is gentle and professional. Highly recommend her! And the space here is cozy and clean as well.

Went for their mint eyelash extension, classic pedi and brazilian waxing. The extension is very lasting (some lashes are still intact after almost 2 months) and pedi was good as well. Jo did brazilian waxing for me. She's very friendly, often letting me know what she'll be doing next. As I'm pregnant, she is also very gentle and tries her best to minimise any discomfort. I'll definitely be back! Thanks Jo and everyone at Private Room!

Did lash extensions, brows and pedicure all in a day - amazing self pampering experience ❤ All of them were very professional and skilled in their respective specialisations. Have visited their branches at Raffles Place as well as Beach Road previously. Highly recommend and will definitely be back for my pampering again whenever I am back in town!! Love the decor, comfort and location of the new outlet too!!

Joanna did such a wonderful job with the waxing, despite the circumstances they encountered that day. Waited a week before posting the review because I wanted to see if my skin reacted poorly to the treatment, but for the first time, IT DIDN'T. Very minimal breakout as compared to when I get it done at Strip. 10/10 would go back again. Excellent staff, excellent services. Thank you Jo!!
