The facilities and environment is comfy, the staff especially Christine and Penny are friendly and always provide good services and advices to me on my facial issues, and their products help me improve my skin condition. Christine, the manager, is always friendly and patient in her explanations of my facials. Most importantly there was no hard selling of any services or products.

(Citygate outlet) It was my first time visiting, but the explanation was kind and the lifting facial massage was great! After the facial, I got a head and shoulder massage and felt completely relaxed :)
