Great experience at Skinhugs. The environment is cosy & relaxing and I was attended by 2 friendly beauticians, Heather & Kristine, especially Heather as she was professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my skin's needs and provided a treatment that left my face glowing and hydrated. I can already see a huge improvement. Highly recommend Skinhugs to anyone looking for quality skincare services. =)

Entire Skinhugs team are very gentle and friendly . They also do not hardsell you packages and will always follow up post facial . Their rooms are also very cosy and they will recommend the best treatment for you . Have seen improvements despite not being very obvious changes . Personally have been here for at least 5 appointments and still patronizing in the near future . Highly recommend their services !

Been to Skinhugs for 2 times already, and the service here is pretty amazing. I had a facial treatment done on my first session, and I was pleasantly surprised that the team checks in and follows up. When I expressed concerns about a break out then, the team reached out and provided a free recovery treatment which solved the issue immediately. Kudos for the superb service! The treatment room at Skinhugs is pleasant and private, and the staff are friendly as well.

I've had the pleasure of visiting Skinhugs twice, and both experiences have been absolutely fantastic! During my first visit, I tried the Aqua Shine treatment, and I was delighted with the results. My partner even noticed that my skin looked brighter, which made me incredibly happy. On my second visit, I decided to indulge in the Skin Perfector treatment along with an under-eye treatment, and the results were simply stunning. My complexion immediately appeared fairer, and the whole experience was incredibly refreshing. Heather and her team at Skinhugs are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly accommodating. They make you feel right at home, especially if you're new to aesthetic treatments. I can't recommend Skinhugs enough to anyone looking for a top-notch skincare experience. Nice place. Cozy and comfy. Really do see the difference 1st time and everytime before and after. Previously will put on light make up when going out however after a few sessions, i go out with only sunblock and eyeliner. Mostly using machine and wonderful results. Slightly different from the usual facial expectations. Does feel painful the 1st few times but after that, i actually doze off during treatment. Recommend for those who wants to see immediate effects.

Skinhugs was recommended by my partner ever since she was there for their trial session. At first I was reluctant to try out new facial places as I have an existing package for micro-needling for my acne scars at another salon, but since my partner strongly recommended Skinhugs and also signed up for a package after, I decided to give it a shot and went for their trial session as I felt that my other salon was not effective and there was close to no difference in my acne scars. For the trial, I did their virtual smooth and skin perfector facial treatment. I was so taken aback by the instant results that I signed up a package with them immediately. I was on my 7th session of micro-needling at my other salon and it can’t even match up to one session of micro-needling in Skinhugs. It’s my 5th session there today and my skin is so much clearer, skin tone has brightened and there is a remarkable difference in the severity of my acne scars. What I like about Skinhugs is that they will customise the treatment as per what your skin requires. They will follow up closely with me after each treatment and give advice on how to take care of my skin. Tried the virtual smooth and skin perfector facial treatments, and there was a visible difference immediately. My skin looked a lot brighter/less tired - almost as if a photo filter was applied. My dark undereye circles also improved. Heather and Kristine are friendly, sincere, and passionate about doing their best for customers - something I've not really experienced in other beauty salons I've been to. As a guy who don’t usually go for facial treatments. I went to Skinhugs with an open heart. They are professional in advising to the root of the issue. Not only providing the treatment required and not being pushy about sales which is one of my pet peeves. Their attention to details like scent in the nano-mist jet facial treatment made me feel relax. Heather is also gentle when doing facial and does a good massage. Definitely will return again!

Chanced upon this and decided to give it a try. Place was nice and ambience was good. Room for facial was nicely decorated and give a cosy feeling. Main thing is facial done was surprisingly fantastic and give my face a new glow. Skill was gentle and good strength when massaging. Really detailed in what she does and explained clearly when doing it and what it is for . Very experienced in what she does. Most importantly, she is genuine and not pushy for sales. To be honest is not 1 of the budget facial you can see around the neighborhood. As someone who is particular esp facial, this is indeed worth every cent. Seen improvement and have been with them for awhile. Results shown with no hard selling
