I visited for a hydrating facial and decided to add an eye Bojin treatment after it was recommended for my dark eye circles. Fiona was excellent at explaining the process while performing the treatment, which made a noticeable difference. I felt so relaxed that I ended up falling asleep afterward! The receptionist, Nicholas, was also very friendly, making the overall experience even better.

Lovely, my therapist, has always done such a great job helping me! She’s actively explaining what’s wrong and what needs to be worked on for my physical pain, etc; but most importantly she helps relieve the pain. The service is great but I do find the price to be rather expensive and there is a tendency to hard sell other products and services.

Did my facial with Yuki! She did an absolutely amazing job with my facial. I’ve done multiple facials and usually sometimes it hurts with the therapist is too harsh but she was very patient and careful when she was doing the extraction with my skin and also explained clearly why my skin was having some issues. I find facials sometimes hard to relax but I had a nice nap, felt relaxed and woke up with my skin feeling refreshed. I highly recommend Yuki so make sure to ask for her when you’re getting your facial done here!

I had a good masseuse lady Ada. She was thorough, experience and attentive. I recommend her and 👍🏻. But that great experience was altered by the hard selling massage package by the branch manager which really put me off. The way she talked is very insensitive and makes me very upset and 😡. I am supposed to have my massage and get better. Not to feel the unsettling effect and anxious 😬. Dragging for the appointment. Will not sign any more even if I can. Price is not cheap too.

Was suffering from back pain the past 3 months and despite going for massages at other places, the pain did not subside. Went for the promotional massage at spacio once with eva being the therapist and the pain subsided after the massage. Feel so relaxed after the massage and its a must have after a tiring work week!

For the TL:DR Version: I give them 5 stars for the audacity to ask for a Google Review after the kind of service they rendered. They call themselves a TCM massage and ask for your IC, they actually have no rights to do this because if what they are doing is TCM then it really makes TCM lose all it's credibility. I am giving this 5 stars as promised. 5 stars for the audacity. 5 stars at gaslighting customers. 5 stars at brute strength. 5 stars at hard-selling. Read the other low rated reviews. I wish I did before I took advantage of a cheap deal.

I came for a general massage but I asked Jenny the therapist to focus on my left shoulder as it has been sore and aching for a while. Through her expert hands and her vast experience she located the points that was causing my soreness in my shoulders- albeit the massage qas quite painful but I feel so much better after the massage. Keep saying something wrong with the body and should do more treatments. Too much hardselling & trying to use pity to sell. Over pushy. Therapists tried~ Jenny: good in massage, no hardsell Big size lady: excessive sweating when doing the massage. I signed up for a 10 session package with Spacio Bugis. I must say that having had massages in Thailand, Indonesia and Msia, the best masseuses come from China. They bring their wealth of knowledge - aided with TCM and skills learnt from China to Singapore. So I am glad to have found Spacio and my masseuse Gao Ping is very experienced and skillful. She has the gift of the touch and will recommend the specific massage tools and methods to sooth away your aches and pain. Do be aware thou that these services don’t come cheap as you are paying for their skills.
