It was my first time for Brazilian @ Waterway Point. Sehar (CRO)-A very helpful and friendly lady who assisted me with a big warm smile, she managed to allocate myself a pretty and gentle Therapist (Hebe) as I was there 45mins earlier. Hebe- A very pretty and skillful Therapist, she knows exactly when to peel the wax off without you suspecting lol. She will make you feels calm and relax. Look for Sehar at front counter for assistance and Hebe as your Therapist.

My first time at this outlet, greeted by receptionist Sehar. She was friendly and very smiley. Offered me Calamansi tea which was very tasty. I was then attended by Ms. Kaili. She’s is professional in her work. Recommended place for “me time”. Thank you ladies!

Since the outlet Cathay has closed down, decided to go with the outlet at Waterway Point and I'm glad I've done so. The service rendered by Kaili was comfortable and assuring as she went through step by step to assure that I'm okay. The front desk personnel, Valerie, was also very polite and patient as she advised me on my expired package. Kudos to the team at Waterway Point! 👍🏻
