As my first visit to Two Herbs at Bedok branch today, I was quite impressed, not for the outcome of the treatment because it may take months to see results, but it was the consultation and the treatment rendered. No “ harassment” or aggressive pushing of packages, but instead I received a very friendly reception by their very experienced staff Jennifer who was more keen in giving advice and helping me with my hair condition above all else. I went for 1st time trial at Two Herbs Bedok, and the Two Girls at the salon are very friendly. 1 girl did the scalp analysis for me and explain the condition of my scalp during the analysis and recommended to add on a product to deep cleanse the oil clogs. She is not pushy but I willingly add on the product. They even help to blow my hair nicely after the treatment. I used to patronise another scalp herbal treatment salon, and was disappointed that I have to blow my hair dry myself.

Response was fast via whats app for the needed appointment date and when there was a needed change of date again the help was quick too. Arrived into location on appointment day and not sure where Bedok block 208 is and Jennifer called me immediately to check on my location n advised me to wait there and she will come for me. She taught me how to come to block 208 with clear directions and ultimately I found it easily. Welcome was warm and gave me the comfort zone. I was pleased with the steps taken by Jennifer with explanation after my hair pre assessment before treatment. She taught me how to shampoo my hair as says i am getting hair loss too. After the scalp treatment - post assessment was done on my hair and I could see the difference. Jennifer customer service is an asset to this place. I observed her talking to another customer with clear explanation too. I decided to sign up for the CNY (Chinese New Year) promotion treatment package with the confidence i have in Jennifer. Again she explained clearly the package to me. I got the shampoo n tonic at a discounted price. Oh love the CNY plates - nice gesture. First time trying herbal scalp treatment, it was a comfortable experience. The scalp peeling did before the herbal treatment feels really cooling. The icy hairloss treatment has a nice earthy herbal fragrance and feels cooling as well. The hairwash was surprisingly cooling also. Can really see a big difference from the before and after scalp scans. There really isn't hardselling, the therapist just explained to me the different packages they have and the different add-ons and let me just consider if I want. Will be back to try the grey hair coverage treatment next time :)
