Joseph is very friendly and patient in explaining stuff to a beginner to road bikes to me. He is also very focused and committed to his work and passion, and is dedicated to servicing and doing up bikes well so that the owners can enjoy a smooth and enjoyable ride. He is also responsive and keeps you updated on the work progress. Received back my bike today and it was done up nicely, giving me a smooth ride with smooth gear changes back. Definitely recommend anyone who needs bike advice and/or services to look for Joseph at bikeBros. Cheers!

Wanted to install OSPW. Googled n found this shop. I called before going over, the person(Joseph) sounded nice and accommodating. When I was there, he took time to check the part before installation. I could tell he is passionate about bicycles as he handled my bike with tender loving care. Very satisfied with him. Definitely for owners that are particular about their bikes 👍👍👍

My bike has tons of problems before sending for servicing especially the gear shifting. Now my bike’s gear shifting is soooo much better than before. He will also give prompt updates on the servicing progress. Will definitely return to let him service my bike again!
