Really great shop. I bought one Cannondale frame previously and had them build up. Also servicing before on my two Cannondales. Now having them build another road bike. Very experienced mechanics. People need to leave more reviews. They are very busy.

Bought my old bike there for service, service lead time is about a week. Everything was done perfect and all wear and tear parts replace. The staff use their time to explain and go through the detail of the service. I even bought a second bike at a very good deal for my wife. Staff and the boss was very honest, no hard sell at all. Definitely a place to go, and highly recommended.

I wrote in to Cannasia's whatsapp line to enquire about servicing of my bicycle and my brakes. Do note, I did not buy the bike from them nor have I ever used their services. Upon sharing with them my problems, they were very understanding, diagnosed that my brakes could be faulty, and directed me to the brake manufacturer to claim for warranty. They shared with me the issues with this type of brakes, and was very clear and generous with the sharing. They could've easily pushed me back to the original bike shop that I bought it from, or charged me to rebleed the brakes (knowing that the issue will persist) But they took the time to understand my situation and gave a good recommendation. All at no cost. My dad has also done a bikefit with them previously, and he now rides with less pain. will recommend them without a doubt!!

Bought a Supersix evo couple of years back and was extremely pleased with the purchase. Just recently, there were a couple of sale items on their website and I hastily purchased an synapse alu frame only to realize that I got the wrong model. Upon contacting the shop to explain what happened, Hong Fai advised that they could cancel the order and use the money as credits for future purchases. He added that he would then seek clearance from his Director if the amount could be refunded as an act of goodwill for existing customers. Within 2 days, I was notified of the refund. Much thanks to Hong Fai and the team, will definitely revisit and recommend friends to Cannasia for bike purchases!

Great service. Staff is helpful. Send in my bike on Sunday afternoon. 2 issues regarding the dropouts and wheel alignment were verified and solved on the spot. Continue riding after that. Great job. Thanks.
