Had a great experience renting a bike for a day to cycle with friends. Owner recommendation on bike model was spot on and even my friends who had much more cycling experience than me was impressed with my rental bike. Can't rate him highly enough. Also very convenient to pick up and return the bike. Will definitely rent again for the next cycling adventure!

Hassle free process for bike rental! Process as follows, contacted Jasper via whatsapp, set an appointment time to try // collect the bike. Return was 24/hrs so we have the flexibility to return whenever we want during the rental period. All in all a pleasant experience with Jasper being friendly and knowledgeable too!

My friends wanted to try mountain biking for the first time, and so we made a booking with Jasper. However due to bad weather and change of plans, we changed the dates a few times. A cozy bike shop that provide a good range, especially for people looking to get into road/gravel cycling. Jasper was friendly and flexible when it came to renting and returning. The only suggestions i hope would be implemented to improve the experience is to provide a DM of the details to return the bike in the event when the shop is closed and unattended as i had to wait an hour and a half when i wanted to return the bike.

Formidable service ! The shop owners are very nice and reactive when you need a bike rental. We called them last Saturday and asking them if we can rent 2 bikes in 30mn and bikes were already prepared when we arrived :). Bikes are very good quality. You can rent one bike for 25dollars/day (or 10dolls per hour). So it’s good value for money ! They also help you to find your path :)

Jasper is my new go-to guy for bicycle repair services - honest, transparent, and very capable!

First time renting from this rental service and it was a pretty good experience! Boss was friendly and the foldie that I rented was in good condition! Maybe can consider providing a lock and chain for free 😁
