My go-to bike shop. Changed e tyres (Panaracer Minit), tubes, pedals (Raceface Aeffect), grips (ODI Dreadlock) and got myself a pair of Stamp Speed Lace shoes too. Boss Emmanuel and team have a very pleasant disposition, and they provide superb service. Kudos to Emmanuel Cycles staff. I ordered a WTB Volt Saddle with Titanium rails. 1st delivery failed but their customer service is excellent. Their email chaser was effective and I received my saddle on the 2nd attempt. Very pleased with the saddle. Happy to say that I will return to buy from them again. I've bought a Bell helmet, BURGTEC pedals and DMR Death Grips from them in the past. Thank you guys!

love the magura mt7 pro HC3 is very good and the braking power is really strong. The DMR pedal has a strong grip and is good when you are in trails.

Was desperately looking for a bike workshop to fix up my leaky road wheels as I needed to ride the next day. Passed by Emmanuel Cycles a few times but didnt approach as I thought they only service mountain bikes (or so it seems!) Texted them and was told to bring my wheels over. Brought my wheelset with tubeless setup to Emmanuel. I had a puncture on my rear tyre unable to seal, probably due to dried up sealant 😅 Sealant all topped up for both wheels, and staff at Emmanuel also advised me about the tyres condition and when I should opt for replacement (I was told that current tyres should still good for a few more months). Felt like honest feedback was given to me and no hard sell!

Dropped by a few times but finally got to know Emmanuel a little better couple of days ago. He is highly knowledgable and keen to share his knowledge and expertise with the budding cyclist. Good spread of products, decent prices & service if you pop by at an appropriate timing. If you are looking for pragmatic & honest advice, this is the place to be. Only thing to mention is that when it gets crowded, might have to wait a fair bit. So pick your timings well and you will have a nice experience here.

Asked and enquired about installing a child bike seat on my fat bike, staff took a look at my bike and told me that my bike wasn't suitable to install child seat as my bike is full suspension and it would make the child who seat on it very uncomfortable due to the suspension. I can't helped but to be extremely impressed by how much they care for their customers, by just one small gesture, i can tell they are good customers relations/rapport first, money/business second. If they are like mercenaries like what some one star "customers" described them, then these so called "customers" really should take a long hard look at themselves, we should always look at both side of the story. All in all emanuel bike deserves this 5 star appraisal from me, and I will highly recommend it to anyone who bikes. 👍

Ive been here about three or four times, and in general appreciate the service and value for money. It is my first "go to" choice, based in previous efforts. The owner comes across as polite and knowledgable. I guess what takes away from being 5 stars is the consistent smoking outside of the shop by staff each time I have visited. This Really lessens the quality of the visit, and does make me want to get in and out as quickly as possible, and I avoid bringing my son when I visit for thus very reason.

I bought my first Polygon here. Cycle has manufacturing defect . The team tried multiple times but not able to resolve . i had to come multiple times for that . Finally team changed tire and i paid extra bucks for that . Not sure that works or not . Better to be educated about bikes always

Great place for fuss-free transaction. Made a deposit for a Polygon hybrid a few days prior, informed the owner 15 mins before arrival and was served by a nice staff who helped me assess whether the bike's XL frame would be appropriate for my build. Settled the remainder of the bill with Manuel while the pedals are being attached to the bike. All in all, done within 15 minutes and would recommend them for efficient and no-nonsense service. 👍🏻
