I had great experience with this outlet as the older uncle staff, Mr Ng, was very helpful and friendly. He thought of helping me to change the gear so that I will have a easy time cycling and even called and message us when we were on the way to another outlet to ask us whether we can make it in time to the other outlet so that we will not have to pay extra if we took a longer time than we paid for. He also helped us to handle a difficult situation that we had and both me and my friend were really grateful for his kind act that he didn’t have to do.

I had a fabulous day today, and Go Cycling contributed immensely to that! I spent the day biking from Hub & Spoke at Changi Airport T2 thru Jurassic Mile, East Coast Park, Gardens by the Bay and ended my ride at the Go Cycling branch at the Singapore Flyer. The views and vistas were gorgeous! The tips and advice I received via whatsapp from Go Cycling throughout my ride came in handy. . So kudos to Mr Ng the team at Go Cycling for the warm and helpful service, and for reliable and well-maintained bicycles that made my ride so enjoyable, and my day so memorable. 🙂

Had a pretty good experience. I was served by a younger male staff member who was clearly very experienced and good at his job. Me and another customer had a difficult situation but he handled it well, and I am grateful. Overall the prices are quite low and definitely worth it. As a cyclist and I find the prices very fair. I rented a fast hybrid bike and was quite satisfied, especially since this bike is very similar to the one I have at home.

Convenient bicycle rental to start or return. Mountain bike for $10/hr, rent 2hrs and get the 3rd hr free. Can cycle and return at Changi village or East Coast Park outlets. Not premium state but comfortable and good enough to cycle

Wonderful service from uncle who manages the place. Bike though not newest was sturdy. Certainly solid enough for us to ride through torrential monsoon rain that poured down after we started. Uncle was thoughtful and recommended ponchos and isotonic drinks. His sizing and recommendations of bikes were spot on. The whole experience was unforgettable and throughly enjoyable especially for my son who is born in Australia.

Rates are alright: Weekday 1hr + 1 hr free Weekend/ Hols 2hr + 1 hr free $4/ 30 min or part thereof after those hours Cheapest: Mountain Bike $8/hr Most Ex: Tandem Bike $16/hr Drop off: Most of the shops island wide can be dropped off except 3 (ECP Area B?) Cons: Watch out for the crowd (Google's timing is accurate) - they can't decide on what they need, families usually have to keep changing/adjusting bikes for kids; try not to be like them? Tip 1: Plan your journey, know what you type of bikes you need. Rates are on several walls Tip 2: Good to know what you want and where to drop off your bicycle before getting to the counter

Got attended by a service crew by the name of “Ng”, he was patient and friendly. He clearly described the route we should take to reach Changi Bay point and how long it would roughly take so we can decide on a suitable loan period for the bike. One of us fell down during our cycling trip, and the hand got swollen and he did not hesitate to help us get ice cubes and even checked if we needed Dettol or bandages to clean up any wounds. Overall, just a very pleasant experience that brightened up our day even after a bad fall! 😀

Aside from GoCycling shop, there are paid (and locked) bicycle parking. Pay to use bicycle rental nearby too.

Mr Ng is very responsive and friendly, I called and he texted back after not picking up when he was busy. The bikes were in good condition too. He even provided directions when he heard about our plans for the cycling trip. Very good service! Highly recommended!

Excellent service. Bicycles are well maintained and they have many pick/drop/assisstance outlets. Best route to ride and enjoy is Changi Airport (T2 Start point is Go cycling Bicycle Rental) through East Coast park to Marina Bay. If you wish to explore Singapore in a different way then there is nothing like this. Namashkar 🙏

Extremely good service!!! I really appreciate the help received when they helped me fix a last minute issue with my bike, no strings attached. The service they provided to my friends when they rented their bikes was also cordial and seamless. Highly recommend!

Very easy transaction. Went to rent a bike and need to return to orher location. Then its ok just need to deposit $50. Then when you return the bike they will pass it back. Everything is nice. Thanks will come back again

Helpful staff and the service is fast. Get 4 bicycle with in 15min. The bicycle is in good condition. Returning of bicycle at East Coast is also easy too.
