This Brompton workshop was a great experience. I had decided to take my Brompton to the UK and Ireland and after doing some research on the Internet I saw the HA Brompton Experiences workshop. Eugene showed me how to take the back wheel off the bike and how to take off the tyre and replace it. He was a patient and knowledgeable tutor. I would definitely recommend this workshop to any Brompton owners in Singapore as well as those Brompton owners passing through Singapore.

Recently got a Brompton that was in pretty rough shape, but I got to clean in up quite a fair bit while learning how to maintain it in the maintenance workshop. The instructors were very friendly and offered a ton of insight about the bikes. I appreciate that they were honest about what my bike really needed and did not try to get me to buy things that I did not need. Will be back if I ever have any other Brompton related issues!

Eugene gave us a good overview on the Brompton bike and together with Bernard, was super accommodating throughout the ride. The folks at Brompton Experiences took my 15-year old Brompton and restored it to its full glory. It hasn't been maintained in a long time, and it rode like a dream after. Was a very good experience for me and my wife learning and cleaning our own bikes. Very dedicated and patient staff to help and answer our queries. Unfortunately we are not able to remember everything that is taught as we are new to bikes. May I have to book another session so that we can maintain our bikes in a safe and assure environment. My P line (Midnight Black) woes… my bottle cage screws’ ends caused a few scratches on the fork. Being a newly bought Brompton and after researching and asking around for feedback. I was introduced to Brompton Experiences. Being the first P line to be brought in for paintworks restoration, I was carefully guided and explained the process behind it. As this is their first restoration involving a P line, additional much time were required and they explained to me to seek my understanding. They also shared that they will do their best to restore and may not be 100% effective. I agreed and handed the bike to them. Throughout the 15 odd days, I was given regular updates on its progress and challenges faced. I received it after the restoration works, and wow it looked as good as new from out of the box. I was satisfied with their customer services and professional work done. Kudos Team HA Brompton Experiences. I learnt from my mistake too and also will learn to best avoid a similar mistake. Cheers!

Great cycling experience using well maintained Brompton bikes. My friends and I joined their curated trip from Toa Payoh to Lower Peirce. Scenic and nice ride, mainly on pcn, not difficult at all. During the journey, we could swapped and experience the different models of the Brompton bike and we learnt a lot about the bikes. Thumbs up to the team.

I rented a Brompton bike for the first time for 1 day . The process was easy. The staff are well knowledgeable & patient going through the features of the bike. I will definitely rent here again

This is my second time going to High Achievers. I’ve done a servicing and today I had a blown up rear tyre changed. I don’t need a fancy workshop with posh fittings. I just need mechs who know their stuff and can get you back on the road with no fuss. They delivered on that for sure. The customer experience was good and I am so happy there are more options in SG now. I brought back my student use Brompton from the UK in 2008 and put up with the disdain from MV for years because I didn’t buy from them. What a relief. The location is also super. Free parking and easy to reach by expressway. Their pricing is fine too. I am happy to be their customer. MV can kiss my 9$$.

I am not sure now if it was a good idea to be using our own Brompton to dismantle and learn as we ended up with one of Brompton having a loud screeching brake sound and riding sounds that were not there initially. Shared the concerns but she didn’t seem to think so or checked on it. We have to now send to our regular store to check it out. Would have preferred if the learning was slightly different as in the trainer show on her Brompton and we follow step by step with 2 other Bromptons. A more thorough hands-on approach would have been ideal. However I must commend on 2 male staffs, Alfian and Yu Xuan that have been very patient and took a lot of trouble to show us again step by step how to do it. Their personality leaves me to provide them a thumbs up! It’s so important as trainers to be humble, patient and of course knowledgeable. Thank you boys!

Had been wanting to get a brompton bike but not sure if the ride will be comfortable for me. The idea of renting one for a trial right is great as it allows me to try it before investing in one. Rental service is effortless and the same for returning the bike. Watsapp response to my queries is good too. 👍🏻

Highly recommended for those who like to do DIY or handons. Trainer is friendly and patience. Maybe due to time constraints, only able to clean back wheel. Just a small suggestion to HA if they allow participants to do the cleaning of the front wheel after the course or include it in the course will be a more complete experience.
